The hotel is beautiful. Great food and wine list. Free shuttle. Most comfortable bed in Duluth and I’ve tried many hotels. I will definitely be back.

The outdoor hot tub was excellent! The pool area was super clean, rooms are very clean, great amenities and ambiance!

Spectacular view of Duluth Harbor- that was best part. Rooms are designed in a post-industrial cement square- very cold and claustrophobic feeling. Heavily advertised Scandinavian style spa amenities cost extra and required appointments- not at all transparent. I’ve recently been to Austria so had expectations experience based on rate would be similar- not at all. Rather very over priced American, busloads of teenagers, over tired front desk staff, up-charges for heavily advertised amenities and overall flat affect of energy which was disappointing.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, relaxing decor, loved the bedside lamps & the breakfast. The view was phenomenal.

The room was nice but the pool was closed and we weren’t told ahead of time. The only reason we chose certain hotels is for the pool for our young kids. That was upsetting. We tried to check in early to our room but it wasn’t ready, so I told the front desk attendant we would go to the aquarium and wait. I saw later (on a sign in the elevator) that the hotel offered aquarium discounts. We should have been informed about them!!

Amazing stay. Was unable to access tv due to only having Apple products was unable to google cast. Overall amazing.

Great amenities. We took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and the board games. I also loved the booth and table set up in the king room.

位置不错，靠近游轮码头，应该是杜鲁斯最好的酒店。但房间没有每天清洁，没有热水没有饮用水…
早餐在酒店一楼，需要付费，出品还算可以
