Very easy to find and in a great location. The guesthouse is spotless and my room immaculate with everything in it I needed. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. It was a perfect place for my trip as a solo traveller.

Stayed here this weekend and wow josie ann is so attentative breakfast beautiful rooms and hotel beautiful even went out of her way to make tea for us such a beautiful place and a beautiful person 10/10 no complaints would definitely recommend and would 100 percent stay here again

Nice surprise that our child was given her own adjoining room. Brilliant selection of fresh fruit for breakfast.

Outstanding room, spotless, lovely complimentary toiletries which came in handy because I had forgot my shampoo. Bed so comfy. Outstanding breakfast, brilliant choice from cereal, fruits, yoghurts and cooked breakfast with toast, tea/coffee and fresh orange. Very helpful with me being dairy free. Checked what I could eat and couldn't eat. Very friendly hosts .

We stayed at the Pinewood guest house recently, and what a lovely stay we had. Tim and Josie are the perfect hosts and we we're met with a warm and friendly greeting. Our room was a good size, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the guesthouse. Very comfy and cosy and perfect for unwinding after taking in the sights of Whitby. The breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of cereals and fruit, followed by a tasty full English cooked to perfection, leaving us full and ready for the day ahead. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast and would definitely book here again. The Pinewood is in an ideal location, only a short walk from all main attractions and sights, Plenty parking available close by and spot on for a long weekend break. Perfect little gem.
