Very nice stay, beautiful hotel close to everything

The hotel is reasonable for the price. The heat is too loud whenever it's on. The bathroom sink is a joke, it's too small to wash your face without splashing all over

Sehr sch?nes hotel, nettes freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Team und gutes Frühstück Zentrale lage Zimmer sauber und das Bett bequem. Einziges Manko, kaffee aus der Kanne und nicht vom Automat Danke kommen gerne wieder beim n?chsten Besuch

The people working at the Hotel did everything to make our visit a pleasant one they were extremly helpful! It was very clearing and tidy in the Hotel. We heard som noise in the evening/Night through the Wallstr?m that are quite thin. The breakfast and the food was good and the location great right next to the beach.

Unser Aufenthalt im Planet One war angenehm und ruhig, es waren aber nur zwei übernachtungen. Das Zimmer war sauber, wurde aber am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Strandtücher sind für zwei Euro plus 10€ in bar als Pfand zu bekommen, was aus meiner Sicht okay ist. Der Pool ist viel kleiner als auf den Bildern, aber nett eingerichtet. Uns war es Mitte Oktober schon zu kalt zum Schwimmen. Der Strand ist in 5-7 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und freundlich. Etwas schwierig hat sich die Parkplatz Suche gestaltet, aber auch das hat unser Urlaubsfeeling nicht gest?rt. Allgemein kann ich das Hotel w?rmstens empfehlen.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good sized rooms and bathroom with a great shower. Very comfortable bed but pillows were lumpy, I’m sure they would have changed them had we have asked. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely clean hotel, very modern. Breakfast was fine, main area clean. Swimming pool lovely area, average size..however a group of 8 drunk German boys jumping in and drinking alcohol in the pool at 2pm spoiled it. The location was great, seconds from the main strip and beach. Room clean, AC was amazing! Tv only had 1 English channel, however the hotel was all German/Dutch. We were the only British people in the hotel so the hotel catered toward them. Arenal its self is 18-30yr old party town, changed a lot since my last visit! All shops are German/Dutch as are pubs and restaurants. A lot of drunk German/Dutch teens lying in the street, however did not hear a thing at the hotel. Hotel was fine for a few nights stay but wouldnt return due to how arenal has changed into a German Magaluf.
