I don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.

Plaza inn hotel coimbatore is very neat staffs also very friendly with us. Over all we enjoyed the trip with satisfied

After booking we have waiting minimum 30 minit at waiting area and when i am going to room not clean also bathroom are very dirty

front office staff very harsh towards us..not given 5 minutes for packing, said strictly to vacate the room by sharp 12pm.. said that 10 minutes late would charge extra 1 day tariff of them

We stayed for a day with family, location s very approachable, walk able distance to railway station, room service s good, with nice breakfast spread. Front desk was cooperative in helping with local tour. Overall stay was comfortable and value for money paid.

The stay was very pleasant, the property’s is located in the heart of the city the food served was delicious and tasty and the service provided by the staffs and others was excellent

The room was good and comfortable. Hospitality and prompt service was a highlight. Breakfast was very good. I have stayed here many times. It has a convenient car parking in the basement.
