We arrived very early in the morning and had already booked an early check in, so our room was ready. Unfortunately the guest lift doesn’t work, so we went through the staff lift.. Not great tbh, didn’t give a great first impression! The room, however, was lovely. We woke in the morning to discover we were in a beach front room, which gave fabulous views. The food was good, plenty of options and always topped up. Apart from the lift, the other downfall was they had no alcohol as they’ve lost their licence! Checkout wasn’t the best. I understand the need to make sure the room was left in a good state but they made us wait we reception for 10 mins while they checked it. They really need to find a better way to do this! The location is pretty good.

This was our first night in Sri Lanka after a long overnight flight . We had an open mind what to expect . First signs of trouble was the hotel’s inability to take card payment , suggesting our card was defective ( card was used successfully in subsequent hotels ) . The staff whilst polite and courteous suggested we had to walk 1km to an ATM to pay in cash . Other issues whilst minor in their own when added together suggest the hotel has lost its way a little . These include the main lift not working so having to go via staff only areas, no hand towels in the room , public areas in need of simple repair ( loose dangling wires ) . On a plus side , the staff were lovely and clearly trying hard , the food was also a fair standard . This review was left having spend a further 10 nights and 5 hotels in Sri Lanka so we do a fair comparison when leaving this review .

Das Hotel liegt ca. 25 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und bietet sich an für eine übernachtung nach Ankunft oder vor Abflug. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer in Negombo. Insgesamt ist alles recht neu und modern gestaltet, von der Rezeption über die Zimmer. Etwas ausbauf?hig ist aus meiner Sicht der Service. Beim Check-in wurde ich gefragt, welches Getr?nk is zur Begrü?ung m?chte. Serviert wurde dieses allerdings nie. Im Zimmer wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es kein warmes Wasser gibt, da Warmwasser über die Solaranlage erw?rmt wird und an diesen Tag die Sonne nicht geschienen hat. Hier h?tte ich zumindest ein Back-Up System erwartet. Schlie?lich gab es auf dem Zimmer nur ein Duschtuch, man h?tte auch hier etwas gro?zügiger sein k?nnen. Für eine Nacht OK, aber ich h?tte mehr erwartet für 4 Sterne.

第二天早上五點的航班，酒店是含早的，享用不了，兩點半才到，同行的女兒下午七點的航班，我們辦完手續快三點了，只是準備把行李放在房間，然后出去吃飯，但是酒店大堂態度非常生硬，説我們三人入住必須加費用，再三跟他解釋我們是兩個人入住，第三人吃完飯就去機場，但是大堂非常粗魯，堅決不準我們進入，一幅我們占了酒店好大便宜，不想在大堂糾結太久，加之太餓了，只能再交費用，酒店假模假式的安了個摺疊床，還拿來多的浴袍和毛巾...告訴攜程客服倒是退回了多收的錢，但是酒店的態度非常不友好，當值的前臺更是傲慢不講理，另：酒店的位置非常偏僻，強烈不推薦

トランジット滯在しました。ホテルは建物周辺から入り口までは殺伐としてますが、ホテルは値段に合うローケーションで、ここにしかない風景を感じスリランカ旅行を満足できます。チェックイン時にドリンクサービスがあります。ロビーは一歩サービス空間に入ると快適な溫度で海の前のホテルのいいとこどり。部屋はネットのイメージそのもので快適です。扇風機もあって洗濯物や水著も乾きます。バルコニーもあって日中は西陽が暑いですが夕焼けも綺麗です。TVが唯一中途半端なスマートTVで殘念。最上階のジムも海を見ながら過ごせます。
食事のブッフェは美味しいです?種類も多くて選べます。スパイス好きにはカレー料理も多くて最高でタイフードや辛いのが苦手な方にもイタリアンもあり選べます。明るい接客もありで良い時間を過ごしました。
ホテルの接客はアジアならではの？を感じることはありますが、それもスリランカの一部と捉えます。
0:00チェックアウトで強風がロビーに吹きさらしますがUberのタクシーが前に著きました。

We spent one night at this hotel during our trip in Sri Lanka , we just went there directly from the airport, was not a long drive. The location is good , just on the beach, so you can hear the waves. The breakfast selection is very small but ok for us , there is a gym in the hotel, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shower in our room was partially broken and there was no hot water. There is a restaurant just across the road from the hotel, can eat dinner there.

We had a lovely room on the facing the beach
The bathroom was big and had a tub and shower. The bathroom amenities were also good. The room was huge but the AC was a little cold and it was hard to adjust. breakfast was ok had a few different things but not a huge range. Didn't use the pool looked a little small.

除了位置比較偏僻難找以外，其他挑不出什么毛病，基本上還可以。就是打車的時候，司機找了很久都沒有找到這家酒店
