Premier room. Very clean, plenty of towels etc. kettle and tea bags/coffee included. Lots of space. Great location. Reception team are very professional and cheerful.

First night, room 120 upgrade from standard, aircon very noisy, switched it at 2.30am after not getting to sleep due to noise, even then it periodically made a loud noise, 2 hours sleep! tried to complain online that’s a joke, went to reception next morning no one turned up so I left a note, when I arrived back that evening she looked vacant when I explained it all and told no one else had complained and yet the ceiling tiles where dislodged around the back of the unit. Got back tonight key didn’t work for changed room, got a new one, no hand towel no foot towel and no room cleaned, I did let the know and put a note on the door, bed cover pulled up 3 new tea vags tgat was it. Rubbish, used to recommend you all the time, no more

Stayed in this hotel again for the second time and it must be luck because both times welcomed by young lady called Kirsty who done nothing but go above and beyond and made our stay just perfect THANK YOU AGAIN KIRSTY will be staying many more time because of your professional hospitality

I was booked for 2 weeks sun-weds and unfortunately on the first week the restaurant and bar was shut. I asked to move to lockyers quay as wanted something closer to options to dine and breakfast. This was done and I then asked to exchange my second week to lockyers and was helped by Kerry who was excellent amazing service and a real asset. I often use premier inn and she was one of the best members of team for customer service I have seen

The receptionist were professional and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. Plenty of car parking however the spaces could be a little wider due the number of vans.

What a great place to stay!!!! Kirsty what can I say... thank you for looking after me you are a real asset to this company. You go above and beyond to make sure my stay is the best every single time always 100 percent effort ?? wouldn't find a better place to stay and better people to be around .... keep up the good work ??

Kirsty was lovely on reception. Helped with my luggage and getting me in the room. Explained about parking, eating and the local area. The room is very modern and well presented. Overall, much better experience than o expected. Well done Kirsty and the colleagues at Premier Inn Plymouth.

Great stay at the Premier Inn. Room was spotless and much more modern than other similar hotels we've stayed at. Reception staff were friendly and Cassidy was super helpful when we had a query.

Check very fast staff very friendly and helpful rooms nice very clean stay there regular would recommend only thing wrong when restraunt busy parking is very tight

We were told nobody would enter our room during our stay as we declined to have room cleaned as only staying 2nights.we borrowed an iron and board from a room full of them. We went out for the day and when we returned we found someone had been into our room a removed the iron and board. When we spoke to the receptionist she said’oh sorry no idea why as we have plenty’ no real apology. The crumpets at breakfast had visible mold on them.
