Room and bath were clean, but they smelled of heavy smoking activity. Too cold to keep balcony door open to air out room. No warm or hot water for shower on last day. Breakfast was sparse by all Sicilian hotel and B@B standards. Just a croissant and a coffee of choice. Both were good, however. Shower glass enclosure leaked which is a problem in many places in Sicily. Housekeeping was great. Very quiet location. Location is great for walks to Old Siracusa and the island. Beds very comfortable. Lighting good. WIFI, heat and AC great and work well. All in all, a mixed bag.
Hotel vecchio, proprietari gentili ma colazione pessima. Condizionatore che non si può impostare a propria scelta, manca il bidet, sapone non sufficiente e pulizia superficiale. Il prezzo è stato alzato senza preavviso esattamente prima del pagamento di 10 euro in più a notte.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel che offre anche il noleggio di auto, di cui abbiamo usufruito. Stanze semplici ma dotate di quello che serve e letti confortevoli. A pochi minuti da Ortigia, comodo per visitare Siracusa e per arrivare . Il personale tutto molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Colazione molto semplice . Auto a posto, comodissimo il servizio rent.
