Dear Sirs, we are very disappointed not so much by the review as by your behaviour. Wer't you told to hang your clothes with a rope in the window? Of course!! Maybe I mistook our b & b for a campsite. An indecent scene in view of us and the neighbours. The coffee machine has 2 buttons, one to turn it on and one to make coffee. Well, you managed to flooding everything despite hundreds and hundreds of guests quietly making coffee. But we are especially disappointed with you as people, we spent a lot, a lot of time talking and you almost acted like our friends, then behind a keyboard you deny everything and talk about us as superficial and careless people. We treated you with honesty and sincerity and any of your requests, too many to be in a b & b and not in a 5-star hotel, were answered and we thought we were dealing with equally honest and loyal people. Dear guest, thank you for reviewing our structure. We want to remind you that a bed and breakfast is not a hotel and the rooms are arranged within a surface that only you define as an apartment. We don't understand how you claim that not all rooms have a bathroom, this is false. Every room in our b & b has a private bathroom. The square of the room is specified in the ad you chose at the time of booking, spending a little more you could have booked a larger room. During the stay he could have notified us if you had problems with the hot water and we would have intervened promptly. Writing it in the review we find it useless because it is now too late. During your stay several times we asked you if everything was fine and if you had any requests, you always replied that everything was perfect.We hope soon to be able to see you again and give you a room more suitable for your needs, thank you.
