When a room is kept under a “Do Not Disturb (DND)” status, our team is unable to access it, which may make it difficult to verify and replenish items during the stay. Nevertheless, any additional requests could have been promptly attended to by simply contacting the reception.Regarding the comparison made, we are not familiar with the standards of budget hotels in China. PortoBay Marquês is a prestigious boutique hotel, part of a well-established hotel group, located in the very centre of Lisbon, near Avenida da Liberdade, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, comfort and service.We regret that your perception did not reflect the experience most of our guests recognize and value.
