A excellent welcome from the hotel staff However, the room was quite stuffy when we arrived. Disappointed with the quality of the room with the price we paid.
Service for the breakfast was very slow and again not up to the standard we were expecting.
The “piped” music was also very dismal! OK in the late evening but not at breakfast.
Overall, too expensive, not 4* rather a 3*+
Will not use again

Hotel is lovely, spotless throughout, breakfast is excellent and being served to you is a lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here

Everything was excellent. The only issue was two nights of disrupted sleep. We were in a front facing room and the street noise did not abate all night. Would request a back room if staying again.

All the staff where excellent stayed with my friend for two nights we had breakfast and dinner food excellent. Beautiful decor love the colours

Excellent hotel in the center of Portrush. Our check in was very efficient with all paperwork waiting to be signed on arrival. During our stay, all members of staff were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The lounge bar is located at the front of the hotel and is a great space to have a coffee/drinks while able to talk to your party members.

A lovely hotel, rooms excellence front of house staff very nice and accommodating, room was outstanding, my wife's only gripe was the breakfast. Don't get us wrong it was well cooked plenty of it and well presented, the young woman was so charming and accommodating it was a breath of fresh air to the normal hotels we stay in. Now the gripe, wife requested a pancake just a small portion before the main breakfast of a small fry she is not a big eater but when the gentleman took the order a very pleasant man I might add. He went away then came back and said no pancakes left, I think it was because she ordered the Pancakes as well as the breakfast she only wanted a small portion of pancakes, seemed a bit of money pinching for a 5-star hotel. We often stay at the Galgorm manor and the Titanic hotel, with no restrictions on what you eat for breakfast. This just seemed penny-pinching for such a wonderful hotel. The problem is, when ever anyone asks my wife about the hotel, she will always remember the pancake episode and pass that on. It was a wonderful stay but let down for penny-pinching for a pancake (seriously guys) Kind regards Graham Mason

The location, ambience and attention to detail are outstanding. The staff went over and above the call of duty. What a wonderful experience and stay. The best hotel on our week long tour of Ireland

Check in was possibly the best check in experience ever. Jo checked us in. If I was to teach other hotels about first impressions of a hotel I would send them to Jo at the adelphi. All the staff were truly excellent. The hotel is in a good central location and just a minute walk to the harbour. Though we didn't eat in the hotel restaurant (we had dinner booked elsewhere) we had a few drinks in the lovely bar. The hotel was spotless clean throughout. Breakfast was 10/10 with the staff ensuring you had everything you needed. Portrush is only a short drive from our Donegal home is the perfect close destination. Will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful decor with lots of great golf references throughout the hotel to give some character. A fabulous snooker room
