A fabulous stay in a great property. Clear instructions, easy to access. Pristine home, simply but thoughtfully decorated, 5* cleanliness. Well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable relaxed stay. Comfy bed, great walk in shower, large TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee facility. Bonus was bottled water, breakfast bars and porridge pots. Superb location on a quiet street close to all amenities.

checked in no problem. Host was very good to give us a scratch card for the parking. Settled in and very cosy room everything you need for an overnight stay. Room was very comfortable and everything was very well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and shower and bathrooom were very nice. Location is perfect for the beach and the town centre.

We had room 2 on the ground floor which has its own little terrace with a table and two chairs. The room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. The room had everything you need for a short stay, including toiletries, fridge, kettle and hairdryer. There’s an iron and ironing board on ground floor to use also. Complimentary breakfast (porridge, oat bar) and tea, coffee and tea etc. There is also a fridge for you to put your own food or drinks in.

What a fantastic place to stay The location was quiet,the room was absolutely spotless. The little touches like the breakfast tray The bedding was fresh you could smell the cleanliness of the room . We had room 4 and it was perfect Just what I needed Will definitely book here again Thank you Jane for a lovely time

Just got home from our 2 night stay . We stayed in room 5 . The room was spotless , comfy and cosy . Felt roomy and homely with all the essentials to meet our stay . It’s a short walk into town and I would highly recommend this accommodation to friends and family . We will definitely return . Thank you Jane for making our stay perfect in lovely Whitby .

Phoned last min just for 1 nite turned up lovely place owner was such a lovely lady room spotless we got a scratch card for parking to u on the zones little breakfast tray porridge and breakfast bar plenty of tea and coffee nice hot water and lovely soft towels 5 min walk to the town thank u again for a lovely stay Sharon came end of may

Great communication from the host which provided us with a stress free experience. A very convenient location for a stay in Whitby with parking available in the zone outside the accommodation. A scratch card is provided from your hosts for your stay and you put it on you dashboard. We were lucky enough to get a space outside the door though there are carparks nearby if you are stuck. Access is provided via a lockbox code which is provided by the host. The bedroom was lovely and clean and the facilities provided were more than ample. Tea/ coffee making facilities are provided as are oats for breakfast. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Could not find fault at all and would highly recommend this for cleanliness and convenience.

Spotless modern accommodation in a great location close to Skinner Street. Room was warm, cozy and comfortable. Have no hesitation in saying we would stay here if we return to Whitby. We were fortunate to get parked outside so the fact that the owners had provided parking permit, for a nominal fee, was a big help.

Stayed in room 5 which was a lovely room that was very clean with a lovely big bathroom with walk in shower. Cereal bars, bottles of water & porridge pots were also provided as they don't provide a cooked breakfast. Premier House is in an ideal location within walking distance of the many lovely shops and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

This is such a beautiful place. What a find !! Absolutely spotless. Gorgeous room. The host Jane is so accommodating. Love the little touches of the porridge pots and breakfast bars. She gives you a scratch card for ￡2.50 for 2 days parking. It's in an ideal place for everything in whitby.. I can highly recommend and will definitely stay here again . Nothing negative at all to say. It's absolutely wonderful.
