The hotel itself was fine and what you’d expect from a Premier Inn. However, the car park is in poor condition and full of potholes, so watch out for your wheels.

No issue with the room, nor the cleanliness of it. It had everything I needed, and the bed was comfy. Bathroom spotless. Front desk service was helpful and polite. But NOISE, doors never stopped being slammed shut from 3pm when I checked in all the way up to midnight. It was constant. Even a handful of times up to 2am. Then again from 6am. It was impossible to get much sleep. So if you're hoping for a good sleep or a little peace, you're better off going elsewhere.

Lovely clean hotel staff are very friendly and the food is great. Just not the best for those with disabilities which is a shame

My favourite Premier inn .I have stayed many times .Always clean .staff very friendly and in a beautiful setting .I'll be back .

What an excellent Premier Inn. Friendly staff, clean and a fantastic evening meal and breakfast. Other Premier Inns should look to this one for inspiration as our recent stays in some have left us feeling very disappointed but this one is just like premier inns used to be.

Ashington Premier Hotel @ Queen Elizabeth Country Park & next to the Woodhorn grange pub. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was fortunate to end up in this Premier. It’s at a lovely location (if you like a lake view, ducks, geese, swans) oh, & a collery museum over the other side of the lake. All Staff/cleaners were very very pleasant, it’s quiet outside & quieter inside. Rooms, well, mine was as clean & spotless as if the building had just been opened, bed was well comfortable. Breakfast (next door) was lovely plenty of it, a good range of breakfasts & drinks tea, coffee, juices & the like.Staff there were pleasant too. Small downside to the breakfast area was unaccompanied little children running around the busy food area darting between peoples legs while we’re carrying hot food & drink. Can’t blame the staff, more the group of naff cackling mothers more interested in their own world. I know if I was in that location again I’d definitely re-use this establishment & definitely would recommend it to others. 10/10 all round.

Very comfortable bed, and clean room. Knocked off one star because room was a bit cold, we were only given one bath towel for two people, and only two teabags - and I found the receptionist's attitude to my comments rather dismissive

Good Points. - Staff brilliant they were very friendly, helpful and professional 5 out of 5. Bad Points - We arrived in the dark and the lighting at the entrance is negligible, to get to the Hotel or Restaurant the road if you can call it that is full of Potholes so to arrive at the Hotel & Restaurant safe best use an Off Road 4 x 4 vehicle. The Dining Room was cold with most people keeping their coats on, we asked staff if they could get some heating on and Laura who served us managed to get some Central Heating switched on. Food was okay never going to win any awards. My wife's relatives were staying for one night and their deal was ￡36 for the room. Great price, cannot be beaten. Cheap Stays - 5 out of 5. Location is good so come on Premier Inn get these things sorted.

We stayed for 4 nights in November. Check out in was easy and staff were friendly. We requested a ground floor room not too far from the reception area. Our allocated room was at the back of the hotel adjacent to the A road, whilst we could hear the traffic noise it did not disturb our sleep. Room was fine and up to the usual Premier inn standard. For security reasons the window would only open 2 inches and as the air conditioning was restricted not to go below 19 degrees ,the room could get a bit stuffy. It wasn’t a big issue but could be during the warmer weather. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring along the coast and inland. Morpeth was our favourite place that we visited. Amble,New biggin on the sea, Alnwick ,Walkworth and Alnmouth are also worth a visit.

Lovely stay beds the best quality mattresses make all the difference room Lovely... only thing missing was mini fridge which is a must for us
