Never had a bad experience at this hotel and we stay often. Lovely clean hotel and rooms with nice comfy beds. Staff are always friendly and welcoming especially Melisa and Kai who always go above and beyond.

We stayed here for 2 nights I couldn’t fault a thing the room was spotless beds super comfy decent size rooms and great family bathroom with a tub ideal as I had my daughter with me who’s only 4 , the restaurant down stairs was amazing also food was lovely service of staff was brilliant would highly recommend booking here , I will definitely be booking for my next trip to Blackpool. Thank you to all the staff at the premier inn and the restaurant for making our stay as lovely as it was x

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for the new years eve celebrations in Blackpool. We found the staff extremely friendly and efficient. Our room 410 was large , clean, modern and a great view of the tower. The location is perfect for the tower, the pier, the teams , the station and good parking. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely use this hotel.again.

On arrival we was checked in very prompt. We had been here before so we was hoping for a view of Blackpool from our room. Once we went into our room it was very small for a family of 4. Opened the curtains and it was like a dungeon. Wasn't happy. We had a breakfast and a evening meal while there and the evening meal was really nice but breakfast needs improving. Dirt in the water and dirty mugs, some items needed replacing. I cant see us spending Christmas break at this hotel next year. Positives was the location as my son has additional needs and it right in the middle so he didn't have to do loads of walking.

Lovely clean hotel ,slept very well and breakfast was amazing ,I would definitely book here again next time I have a show in Blackpool booked,only complaint i have is that my dinner i ordered was very dry

Was ok stay. Room standard bathroom abut grubby, staff not interested. Breakfast was abut poor not much option and hot food section was cold. I have stayed in many of premier inns with breakfast and this was the worst.

Good transport links makes it easier to get around. The hotel is in centre you’ll find everything around without needing transport. Even though it’s located in the middle of the city there’s no noise in the room. The rooms is big and clean, good lighting and very good blackout curtains. Staff are very nice.

It was the same as any other Premier inn except Premier Inn in Sheffield. I stated for 4 nights. I did not request room to be cleaned. Reception guy was very nice when booking in. Did not like having to ask for tea bags and milk as they were inside Reception desk. Did not like that u could not get a pint at 11.15pm as bar was closed

From checking in to checking out everything excellent . Room was spotless, and facilities perfect ,even an iron available. Good choice of toiletries in bathroom, and nice clean towels. Definite value for money.

Arrived at 2:45 had to wait till 3pm to check in lots waiting. Booked premier inn plus with a view of tower and just can see sea. Looking out of window for first time net curtain fell down. Bath panel damaged in bathroom and only rainfall shower now option for removable head. Had little sleep due to music noise till 4:30am! Had an ok stay but not sure I would return been to a lot nicer premier inns.
