The Premier Inn accomodation was good and food excellent. I have not given it full five stars due to being over charged. I was booked for Helston Premier Inn but was forced to move due to there power outages due to the storms in that area. I was promised no extra charge due to it not being my fault however I was charged extra on arrival. I contacted to complain and was promised a refund but nothing had been received and Premier Inn have stopped replying to my emails. Bad service which mard my experience with this company.

Amanda and Jenny were brilliantly helpful, professional, friendly, and patient with me. (I had IT issues trying to book.) They also went above and beyond throughout my stay. The overall experience with the whole team has been excellent. I am grateful and wish them all the best! Thanks and best wishes, Michelle :-)

Location was great. Staff friendly. Wifi was not working due to the weather and the room had crisps all over the floor so I think they forgot to hoover.

I always love coming to this premier inn in Cornwall as the staff are lovely and the rooms are always perfect everytime, it’s always a pleasure to be a customer to this lovely hotel, Lizzie and Jen at the desk lovely when I came in to the hotel always make me smile and always a laugh

Lovely service from a lady named Elizabeth at reception today. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were spotless

Had a great stay here whilst down for the Arc of Attrition. Special thanks to Lizzie and Jennie who were very helpful and provided some much needed comic relief.

Had amazing service by Elizabeth,100% recommend premier inn for other people,all the members of staff was great,my favourite member of staff was Elizabeth,funny,kind,cheerful and made my kids laugh,I went with my husband and kids,the breakfast was the best part of my stay,again 100% recommend.

Wow what an amazing experience we have had. We want to say a big Thankyou especially to Elizabeth who was nothing but fantastic to myself and my children the entire stay, nothing was to much trouble she went above and beyond for us. Such a lovely bubbly character, breakfast was also fantastic ??

Elizabeth is truly an asset to the foundation of the hotel, I have seen her a fair few times and each time she has never failed to provide amazing service, with a smile. It’s a shame more staff don’t have the same positive work ethic and passion towards their jobs as Elizabeth.
