The room was very comfy and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was cooked to order. Charlotte made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my breakfast.

Convenient location within walking distance of all local amenities. The hotel and rooms look tired and in need of an upgrade. Parking can be difficult as there is no dedicated parking for the hotel.

Positives: the hotel is in a great location; parking is in a public car park 5 minutes walk at ￡6 for 24 hrs; drop off is outside the pub; the room we had was clean with good strong shower Negatives: the hotel has no lift, is tired and clearly in need of renovation especially as it is an expensive Premier Inn - twice more than what we paid for in Marlow and Stratford-upon-Avon on this same trip.

Hotel was very convenient. We could walk to everything. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants to choose from. Close to the river so very nice to walk along

This hotel did not match up to other Premier Inns where we have stayed. Both the interior and exterior needed redecorating and some repairs. Our bedroom and bathroom, although large, were looking a bit sad. We stayed for three nights and had a constant problem with our key cards not working. We had to get them updated each day and the staff were not especially helpful or sympathetic about this. There is some limited parking outside, free overnight, but the nearest car park is five minutes walk away. As with all Premier Inns, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast freshly cooked and with plenty of choice. The evening menu was best described as third-rate pub grub but very cheap. There are plenty of very good restaurants nearby. If this had been my first visit to a Premier Inn I would not have been in a hurry to go to another.

We booked a family room for us and our two teenage children. Perfect layout and plenty of pillows and towels etc. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well due to the quiet location. The hotel only has 18 rooms so is quiet because of that too. We had dinner at the hotel. Great menu, very reasonably priced and meals all arrived very quickly and were delicious. Restaurant didn’t have many people in it which surprised us. Breakfast was as we’d hoped…great selection and staff on hand to get anything we needed. Great location, great quality, great price.

Great hotel in the beautiful town of Marlow. Ideally situated to explore the town. Very clean hotel, with a nice pub below. The menu for the pub looked great, but we were eating at the Hand & Flowers - so only had a drink & breakfast.

What a fabulous place to stay with amazingly helpful staff. We loved our 2 nights and couldn't have asked for me. It does what it says on the tin but with the added pleasure of great staff. My mobility isnt great and they moved the rooms around to help which cant have been easy as i think they were full. Premier Inn - you have some fab guys !

I booked the hotel on the internet for my sisters. I often see the adverts for premier inn on TV but the one in Marlow falls very short. It is an old building but there is no excuse for flaking paint on the outside and a dingy and shabby reception area. I booked a twin room for 3 nights. I was unable to book all 3 in one go but individually the system allowed me to book. I paid for 2 rooms online and wanted to pay for the third so I went to the Premier Inn a few days before to pay the remaining night. The gentleman who greeted me seemed annoyed that someone was there. I explained to him that I wanted to pay for the 3rd night and,also asked if the three nights could be merged into one booking. He said that he couldn't do that and that my sisters had to go to reception every morning to check in again. I then tried to pay for outstanding night but he said I should pay it when my sisters checked in or online and kept asking me how much I had to pay. When I tried to pay online I couldn't do it. He was still asking me how much it was when we arrived to check in. His whole demeanour was not welcoming or charming or helpful. He saw my sisters with a big suitcases and just said the room was on the second floor, and there was no lift. He told us which door went to the stairs which were very narrow, dingy and steep. The room was clean. Next morning at breakfast the tables and chairs were dirty and sticky and floor not clean either. Not good at all and disappointing after seeing all the nice,adverts for Premier inn on TV. One of the nights, Saturday night, was ￡180 so not cheap either. I chose the hotel on the strength of the TV adverts and its location close to shops and restaurants.
