Checked into hotel after a long drive from London, was welcomed by Lauren, extremely helpful, came to restaurant and was greeted by Aaron and Rhianna, makes the stressful drive much better when you have interact with helpful staff, thank you guys

As a family we enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were clean. Good breakfast and evening meal, will definitely be visiting again.

Warm greeting from staff on arrival. Set in a nice location next to Stratford Park & Lake. Room was tidy and cleaned to a good standard. Fairly priced for the services and amenities provided. I was able to enjoy a good nights sleep in peace and quiet! I would stay again!

Staff were very helpfull. Not the best Premier Inn that we have used but location was good for our us and have stayed here before. Certain areas need to be tidied up, hotel in need of some TLC.

Staff at reception really efficient and helpful. Swift check-in Room was nice but don't bother paying extra for breakfast. Hardly anything available in the hot food section and what there was, was cold. No clean cups for the coffee machine. Had to wait 20 mins for a clean cup.

A pleasant building that had some character and not just a "box". Every member of staff we met from reception, bar, restaurant and the housekeepers said hello and we were made to feel welcome. The place was very clean, and the beds super comfortable. We found the room a little hot initially but then realised we could turn the radiator down and open the window - very technical! The value was awesome - 3 of us stayed for just over ￡50 per night - it meant that the ￡11 for the "all you can eat breakfast" was irrelevant! Kids ate free - yet another bonus, the food was hot , tasty and if it was short of something - just ask and they prepared more (for example) scrambled eggs and Hash Browns. I tried to find something to moan about and could only come up with "some areas could be decorated" !

Nice location, morning walk around the lake. Staff all eager to please and assist. Clean room had everything I needed. Breakfast was hot and decent coffee

Convenient location not too far from the station, comfortable room, good value for money for dinner and breakfast and every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful, more than I would expect.

Lovely stay overall! The hotel is cosy and well located, but what always stands out is the staff. Breakfast was hot and coffee was on tap.

Good value, spacious family room. Stayed for 1 night with husband and 2 sons. Warm welcome from all staff. The room was a good size. It was clean and well equipped. It was quiet when we stayed (mid week) and we all slept well.
