Amazing great apartments that surprised in a positive fashion, review is being written during our stay here. I can only presume negative reviews from 2025 stayed somewhere else as the comments made there don't make sense from our visit only months afterwards. This is a small block of apartments over two floors which all face the pool and large terrace/balcony is a sun trap most of the day. As with all properties there are a limited amount of loungers around the pool, but not disproportionate for the size of the place. The kitchen area of the apartments are pretty reasonable with a cooker/grill and a hob plus kettle and toaster. As others have noted there is no microwave, but that wasn't a big problem for us. The fridge/freezer was a reasonable size. The apartments are very clean and well maintained with plenty of hot water. Free WiFi is provided. For those who want TV, through the power of the Internet there is YouTube and Amazon etc available (I presume you need an account for the later) Live TV channels are available in most common languages, for example the English options are 5 UK based and 2 Irish ones. The safe is chargeable, and the safe and hairdryer also have a deposit on them. The apartments are managed by the adjacent Club Oceano, which has facilities that can be used by Ico customers, and it is here that the reception is for both properties. If you arrive outside the reception hours (which we did) you are provided in advance with the gate code and a code for a key box.

Have been coming to these apartments for a number of years. The location is great, not too far from the ***** but far enough away to be relatively quiet. The apartments are basic but clean, the staff work really hard. The pool isn’t heated but you can use the heated one at Club Oceano across the road. The Wi-Fi is thankfully now free as is the TV where you can get English channels although we found these a bit hit and miss in terms of stability, using YouTube was much better. We always try and get an upstairs apartment as like a lot of Spanish buildings there is zero soundproofing. Every noise that your neighbour makes can be heard which isn’t a problem if they are considerate but not so good if they come back at 0200hrs and start dragging the furniture around as we had. We both wore earplugs to sleep but even with these we were still disturbed by others. Also be aware that the block is opposite recycling bins that are emptied most days at 0630hrs, I hope the people that woke us up at 0200hrs were woken by this too. This used to be our “cheap and cheerful” getaway but it’s not as cheap as it used to in fact we hired a 2 bed bungalow in Famara for not much more. The pros generally outweigh the cons but there are issues.

We stayed in a ground floor apartment which was nice and clean,bathroom was nice and shower was powerful, beds were nice and changed twice during the week.Pool area was also clean and cleaned regularly. We will be staying again in September hopefully!! Can't understand why there are negative reviews on these apartments,there clean but basic and everything you need for a weeks holiday....

Appts are in need of refurbishment. No microwave. Limited utensils for self catering. Basic . TV very poor hardly works. Pool freezing. On the plus side kept clean. Small quiet pool area - but sunbeds get reserved early ?? Good location only slight hil to resort.

Booked on a last minute booking and so glad we did. Excellent facilities and can use parent hotel that is across the road. Spotlessly clean rooms grounds and pool. Staff hav2 a smile on their faces and work tirelessly to make sure you have a great holiday. Only downside is no air conditioning but fans can be hired.

Average place, but has everything you need apart from air-conditioning and a microwave. However you can hire a hairdryer and fan if you feel the need to. The rooms are clean, bathroom modern. Pool is quiet, but you can go to the main hotel and use the pool facilities there which include a hot tub, which is beneficial on a windy day. The walls are pretty thin, to the point you can hear neighbouring lodgers snoring and their phone vibrating. Close to beach front. Would probably visit again for a cheap get away.

The apartments are very basic. No air-conditioning, fans available to rent. No toiletries, no microwave, no free WiFi. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. The location is very good and the apartments are clean. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. If you don't mind not having air-conditioning, and aren't fussed about comfortable beds then it's fine

Appartamento davvero grazioso al centro di Puerto del Carmen.. dotato di tutti i comfort pulito e reception a disposizione al club oceano. Se arrivi in orari dove non vi è possibile prendere le chiavi direttamente con la persona, te li fanno trovare nella cassettina con codice (molto semplice) Consigliato.

Having been refurbished in the last few years these are now great apartments. Really quiet and relaxed, but you can use the facilities of the sister block over the road which is a bit more lively! My only ask would be for a microwave and a bigger freezer space in the apartment. Other than that, really good affordable accommodation.
