Lovely warm welcome from gentlemen on reception, had a drink in the hotels bar while we waited for our room, really nice cozy bar with comfy sofas. Room was on first floor, big comfy bed, lovely decor. Spotlessly clean. Absolutely fantastic location. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again ??

ótima localiza??o, quarto e banheiro com bom espa?o interno. Mas o principal foi o Martin (espero ter entendido certo o nome dele), além da educa??o e simpatia foi de uma generosidade sem igual ao emprestar o seu guarda chuva e deixá-lo conosco pelos dias q estivemos lá.

Room was like a prison cell. No lamp, awful pillows, poor mattress and we were cold. Can hear the trains every few minutes as if they ran above us. Won’t bother again.

Arrived early to store our bags and friendly guy on reception let us check in immediately. Room was a great size for four people, spotlessly clean. Bathroom also big and very clean. Had a shower and thought the water pressure was pretty good. Only a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street and also Liverpool Empire which we were there to visit. There was a bit of street noise at night but that comes with the central location. Stayed for one night and the following day they stored our bags for us free of charge which was nice. All staff were lovely and I thought the place was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again if in Liverpool!

Stayed for one night check in girl on reception was lovely very friendly nice quiet room 2026 window overlooking the back clean modern good size bathroom no towels no drinking glasses this is a basic hotel but very clean good value and near local pubs and entertainment so if you want a few days in a nice budget hotel then this is the perfect choice but no good if you can't walk stairs as no lift and omg Liverpool so busy

We only booked in for one night as I was visiting family. The hotel has a good location, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and to the shops. On arrival the lady was very friendly. We asked about breakfast in the morning and she informed us they only served breakfast Fri to Sun. We stayed on a Tuesday evening. I had missed this information on the booking site. I also missed were it informed you about taking a deposit incase of any damages. The room we had was on the top floor. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We found all the staff we approached very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but I think I would request a room on a lower floor.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights, as needed somewhere near amenities, as have mobilitly problems. .i am originally from Liverpool, but now live in Northern Ireland. Had booked the Liverpool Empire theatre to see Riverdance, as wasn't showing in Northern Ireland. This hotel is close to the theatre, train stations, bus stops, eating places, pubs etc. Combined my trip with meeting some relatives and friends, so idea location for me. The bus stops literally opposite the hotel from Liverpool airport so another plus for me. Lime Street and Central train stations just around the corner from the hotel. I stayed in a 4 bedded room, which was very spacious, overlooking the main road, but wasn't noisy. Beds were very comfortable I found. I don't know what kind of rooms other reviewers had, but mine I could not find anything to complain about. Very clean also. Kettle with 4 cups teaspoon coffee tea sugar milk all laid out on a tray. Towels in bathroom with shower & bath. Reception staff were very nice, as were other members.i did not have breakfast so cannot comment on the food, but the room did look inviting as it is by the main entrance door, so you can see in as you pass by. Security is good as have to press the buzzer for the main door to be opened by the receptionist. This hotel is central to every amenity you would want. A shop next door, Chinese restaurant next door but one, noisy pub on the corner which did karaoke and looked lively & inviting. Around the corner is Macdonalds, lots of eating places and pubs nearby. Bus back to the airport is literally outside the hotel. I found this hotel ideal for my needs, and good value. Only downside would be the stairs, as no lift, but I did not find this a problem. All in all, yes I definitely would stay here again, no hesitation. Thank you Liverpool for making me feel welcome once again.

No shampoo was left in the bathroom and that made the shower not working so well.

Good value but book a room at the rear
Staff great. Room not cleaned though in 3 days (not sure if I should have asked). I had a room overlooking the main road and from 3am onwards it was very busy and loud outside. My friend had a rear room and said it was great.
