I choose where I'm going to stay based on reviews. I'd like to save others from spending too much time deciding where to stay in Ogunquit, ME as my friend and I just spent two nights at the Puffin Inn B & B and it was wonderful. Every room has its own bathroom which is great when you are getting ready to start your day or head out in the evening. My friend and I each had our own rooms on the third floor of the Inn and were worried about getting our luggage up two flights of stairs. No need to worry as Tim, the owner, said to leave it all in the entry way and he'd get it up to our rooms right away. Same service as we were leaving and it was really appreciated. Each room is nicely decorated and sparkling clean. My friend had not stayed in a b & b before and the Puffin Inn surpassed all her expectations. The breakfast each morning was delicious; so good! They set out freshly brewed coffee, cream and sugar and homemade scones. This was followed by fresh fruit with vanilla yogurt and homemade granola. Tim didn't mind at all if you asked for no melon or just berries, etc. Then you had a choice of a sweet or savory breakfast entree and both were home made and delicious! We enjoyed meeting others staying at Puffin Inn and the owner Tim could not have been more friendly, helpful, and generous with his time making sure guests were happy during their stay. Five stars for the Puffin Inn. I look forward to returning a second time. Maureen P.

Outstanding visit to The Puffin Inn. The rooms are so clean and comfy. The location can’t be beat! I enjoyed being able to walk to both the beach and the center of town for dinner and shopping. Thank you Puffin Inn for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed here with a friend for a weekend and we both absolutely loved the inn. I would go as far as saying it was the highlight of our stay in Ogunquit. Tim was an amazing host, so helpful and informative. He goes out of his way to help you and make your stay comfortable. The inn itself is cute and clean, a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. It is equal distance from both footbridge beach and ogunquit beach. Both are walking distance, as is town. All in all a great stay and I can’t wait to stay again the next time I visit Maine.

Really comfortable clean and quiet setting. Tina and Scott are very nice and accommodating. Location is convenient to walk to most restaurants. My wife has lactose and gluten dietary needs and Tina was very accommodating. Our room was on the first floor and had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs which was perfect for us. You can relax on the grounds as well without going anywhere , which is what we did in the afternoons before going out to dinner. We’d spend the late Morgan’s early afternoon at the beautiful beach.

Tout est parfait .... des h?tes des plus sympathiques, magnifique maison ancestrale d'une propreté impeccable, service exceptionnel, petit déjeuner délectable ... Une place de rêve à visiter absolument !!! Un séjour mémorable!!!

Cette année nous avons logé au Puffin inn. Très belle découverte, accueil chaleureux, endroit propre , pas de mauvaise odeur . Chambre très propre, petit déjeuner copieux et géographiquement très bien situé. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à cette auberge. Tout était très bien. Le seul hic mais non le moindre est que malgré avoir avisé Michelle de mes allergies aux arachides, à tous les matins sans exception pendant notre séjour il y a eu des noix de toutes sortes dans les gateaux. Mais n'étant pas allergique aux noix il n'y a pas eu de problème sauf au dernier matin, ou Michelle avait préparé un gateau au beurre d'arachide...Heureusement que Tim son conjoint me l'a dit. Il n'était même pas au courant que j'étais allergique...Sa femme ne lui avait pas mentionné! Je trouve que c'est un manque de professionnalisme incroyable. En aucune occasion elle est venue me voir si elle pouvais m'accommoder. Service peu personnalisé, c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire. Par ailleurs, nous occupions la chambre 8 que j'ai beaucoup aimé mis à part la petite salle de bain ou comme le disais un autre voyageur, il est impossible de poser ses affaires. Tim est absolument charmant et je recommanderais cet établissement à ceux qui n'ont aucun problème d'allergie alimentaire.

Nous sommes restées au Puffin Inn du 10 au 14 mai 2015 et avons adoré l’endroit. Une belle maison ancestrale avec des chambres joliment décorées, toutes aussi charmantes les unes que les autres, propres avec des lits très confortables. Les déjeuners sont excellents, faits maison et très variés. Le B&B est situé à quelques minutes à pied du Centre-Ville d’Ogunquit où l'on y retrouve des boutiques et d’excellents restaurants. De plus, le Puffin Inn est situé à mi-chemin entre deux plages magnifiques : celle d’Ogunquit et celle de Footbridge (je préfère Footbridge car la plage est plus large surtout quand la marée est haute). Mais ce qui distingue particulièrement ce B&B, ce sont les h?tes accueillants, chaleureux et très attentionnés, Michele et Tim. Nous y retournerons, c’est certain !

.Trois couchers du 18 au 20 ao?t 2015. Situé environ 10 minutes de marche du Coeur d'Ogunquit, et à 20 minutes de la plage. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dès notre arrivée par nos h?tes Michelle et Tim. La chambre et la sale de bain étaient très propres, lit confortable. Un peu de bruit de la route principale, mais rien de grave. Les déjeuners étaient servis à compter de 8:30 ou de 9:30, avec des menus vraiment différents et succulents, le tout agrémenté de marques d’attention de la part de nos h?tes. Tim nous préparait les chaises de plage, serviettes, parasol le tout dans un petit pousse-pousse de plage à quatre roues très pratique nous permettant de transporter le tout avec un minimum d’efforts. En rentrant en fin de soirée, des petits biscuits-maison nous attendaient. Plein de petites attentions, accompagnés de suivis pour assurer un séjour des plus agréables. Chose certaine ce sera notre gite lors de notre prochain passage dans le coin. Michelle et Tim sont vraiment professionnels et très attachants. Magnifique séjour.
