Stayed three nights in a spacious suite. Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and well organized. Smooth check-in and check-out, with welcoming and professional staff. A great choice for a family stay. Highly recommended.

A good hotel but lots of room for improvement especially the room services and the amenities (TV in the room was very basic with very limited channels and not a smart TV). The location is very good opposite the gate mall where you can dine and shop.

设施：基础设备都齐全，有咖啡机吹风机等衞生：衞生很乾净，厕所到客厅都是很不错的，主要可能是屋里光线没那么亮，所以不用仔细看环境：我们住的5楼，落地窗前就是泳池和户外活动区域，可以游泳和健身，还可以在晚上喝啤酒看足球服务：服务非常可以的，基本上有问必答，还会帮你想办法酒店的早餐一般！种类没那么丰富！酒店前台可以领手机卡，按照操作就可以办理流量卡了，只需要护照就可以使用，卡塔尔大多数的地方都支持银联和visa 酒店附近的景点，打车15分钟呢都能到

An exceptional stay at Pullman Doha West Bay. From arrival to departure, everything reflected excellence: warm hospitality, attentive service, and genuine smiles at every level. The team made our family feel truly welcome — our children slept perfectly, enjoyed the food, and were happy throughout the stay. The buffet is refined, fresh, and of excellent quality. Spa, hammam, gym, and pool are all outstanding and impeccably maintained. The location is ideal, close to the metro, DECC, and major malls, making every movement effortless. Special thanks to Bikram for his professionalism and assistance with our luggage. A hotel that perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and human warmth. Highly recommended.

位置很好啊，在市中心，还有海景，对面是商场，旁边有超市，地铁站就在对面，非常值得推荐，下次来的话还住这里。

Nice views from the room and the receptionist were very friendly and upgraded me to a better room as it’s my first trip to Doha.
