Whilst the hotel needed a bit of maintenance the staff were exceptional in every way. Very accommodating for business travellers.

春节期间入住，酒店价格经济实惠还有惊喜，入住时候送了??红包。前台steven安排的房间很满意，服务也很好，酒店大堂吧的小蛋糕也很好吃。周边还有融创乐园，整体入住体验很好。

酒店早餐种类丰富，味道美味可口，特别是西式早餐和中式早餐都有提供。停车方便，入住很快，房间也比较舒适，价格不贵，前台judy态度非常热情，环境也不错，房间设施齐全乾净，酒店还有可爱的小猫咪，有爱心人士还给它们搭建了小猫窝特别可爱！！

临时起意，路过住了一晚，价格感人 230+，到的比较晚，sherry 小姐姐根据情况给升了湖景房，第二天景色真不错早餐丰富，前台杨小姐热情带领，帮我们带到餐厅酒店产品很 ok 停车充裕，是铂尔曼的经典设计如果你住过其他铂尔曼，应该会熟悉酒店有一定时间，维护的不错，周围吃喝游玩都很方便，适合携家人来玩

Hotel is tranquil with a nice view of a small lake. Cleaning staff did a good job. Special thank you to Mia for her hospitality. Will come back here again on my next visit to Hefei

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.
