La habitación está nueva, electrodomésticos nuevos, agua caliente y fria, luces, airw acondicionado perfecto, decoración mininalista, todo estuvo 10/10

La habitación estaba limpia, el edificio es muy tranquilo, la se?al del internet es muy buena lo cual es beneficioso para los que requieren trabajar durante su estadía. El personal es increíble sobre todo el de la cafetería, la Se?ora Peggy te hace sentir en casa y te protege como solo una madre protegería sus hijos de igual forma los jovenes de la cafetería el nombre de uno es Sebastián son super atentos, amables y respetuosos, ellos poseen una calidez humana excepcional y genuina.

The room and the whole building were very clean. The neighborhood was not overly touristy, and safe to walk, as evidenced by the large numbers of senior citizens walking to and fro. The view was nice of the mountains and overlooking a major intersection, the windows are insulated and the noise isn’t bad for heavy sleepers. The location was amazing, centralized to the city, plenty of places to eat within wàlking distance. There is a mall, banks, currency exchange, and grocery store a few blocks away. The staff was very helpful and the building has a good security staff. Overall, I didn’t want to leave. I plan on returning to Medellin for a longer stay and I will stay at Quadrato again. 5 stars.

Excellent property with quality rooms. The building is brand new. The windows do a great job of blocking out noise as it is located on a busy street. Close to malls, restaurants, etc.

Really nice Place to Stay in Safe Neighbourhood:) Comfort Studio is quite Spacious with stocked Kitchenette. Strong Wifi 50” Smart Tv. Having 2-Hot Tubs & Free Washer&Dryer on the Terrace was Complete Bonus:) Using Uber to get around for Super Cheap.

An amazingly great apartment! We extended our stay by 3 days. Beautifully clean and with absolutely everything you need. In a very nice safe area that we were happy to walk around at night. Great WhatsApp communication. Thank you!

Altamente recomendados! El hotel está en un area perfecta y cómoda para transitar. Los cuartos en perfectas condiciones. Todo el staff desde los porteros hasta los del Café Luno fueron muy amables con nosotros e hicieron de la estadia una experiencia super bonita. Esperamos volver muy pronto.
