These concerns should have been addressed prior to your arrival, and we have since followed up with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure they are rectified and prevented in future.Regarding our cafe service, we regret the inconsistency you encountered. Our restaurant was closed during the time you stayed. However, our staff are trained to make coffee's so I am sorry to hear we weren't able to make them for you on this occasion.We would also like to clarify that the individual in the car park was not a guest but a trespasser. Police were contacted immediately as a precaution, and the situation was handled promptly to ensure guest safety, which remains our highest priority.We are sorry that the bedding configuration caused discomfort during your stay. While the room type booked does use king single beds pushed together, we understand this did not suit you, and we regret the impact this had on your comfort.Once again, we apologise for your experience and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve.
