We had a great stay at Quality Inn Napier with our family. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The check-in staff were very helpful and always ready to assist, which made our experience even better. Our stay was easy and smooth from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this place. There was a pool available as well, although we couldn’t use it as we checked in late. Thanks to the team; keep up the great work!

However, as per policy (says the receptionist), I was surprised why they have to swipe my card even though i have already paid online, which I didn’t allow, because I have had a bad experience with card scam thus I have to deposit $200NZD which was returned upon checking out (after they checked the room).
The stove’s exhaust and overhead light weren’t functioning. There were only 2 chairs inside 2 hand towels and 2 flannels though a triple (good for 3 adults) room was booked. Good enough the TV was at first soundless that we found out that the inn’s black book weren’t there.
We could have been charged for its loss if the receptionist didn’t look for it the night before we checked out.
There was a room price disparity of of $16NZD more or less which I paid online and the actual receipt at the inn. The online booking was $16NZD more expensive.
