We are glad to hear that you found the hotel worth visiting, but we are truly sorry that our service regarding dinner, did not meet your expectations. As we do not offer dinner onsite, we feel that an order in basis works quite well. This can be done and paid for by reception, up until Mr Delivery closes at around 8:30pm. Since most meal allowances are submitted back to companies, they do require proof of purchases as they set dinner limits per guest. Kind regards Julie
