Great value for money. Room spotless all the amenities we needed and friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Last minute booking and late check-in accommodated.

parking too small and awkward to navigate, even though it's laid out as if you're expected to park outside the room you use. I have a small car, other guests' parking near their room made it impossible for me to access parking nearby, so (with a small child) I had to leave my car far from the room.
We would advise against staying in this motel. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, the bathroom more than acceptable, so what was the problem?
The problem was that on two successive nights, itinerant workers with Utes pulled up and basically made a lot of noise late into the night. The first group was only 2, but they made up for their small number by using a lot of bad language and raised voices until almost 11. The next night, a group of at least 8 pulled up and these guys were loud until midnight. I spoke to the manager about this at 5pm when we got back to the motel, and I thought he would take care of it, but he obviously couldn’t. We think that this place is on the “list” for these types of workers staying over in Queanbeyan. They know that there aren’t really any behavioral rules in this place. Staff goes home at 8 and could care less about the noise factor. I asked the second group at 10 to please keep it down, people (like us) were trying to sleep. They agreed to do so, but the loud talking continued as before.
The bottom line: If you want a good night’s sleep, avoid this place as the next group of Ute driving workers is on the way to destroy the peace!
The morsel was very reasonably priced and for the price I considered it excellent. The motel appears to have been updated recently and was spotless and pleasantly decorated. It is only about 15 or 20 minutes from the city. White there are no meals there are som walk away. I will stay again
