An historical edifice located at the heart of Novi Sad. It was a bite difficult to spot the entry of the building but a local helped us and we found it easily. Our room was snall for my standard, however clean & A.C. was working properly. We had a small view over the liberty square. Just be cautious as our room was located at the top floor, the sloped ceiling was high and my kid knocked his head twice! I found it strange that we didnt recieved any complimentary water and the mini bar was a bite expensive. The breakfast area was nice, old style with a partial view over the Holy Name of Mary church, however too basic. The coffee machine was not working. The young man at the lounge are tried to fix it but without success. So, I took a glass of orange juice and sat in the balcony which had a stunning view over the Liverty square. The hotel definitely needs an improvement in terms of its functionality but I rated it 4 cause the staff were very friendly to us and I was pleased.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, elegant, comfortable. We stayed in the patio/jacuzzi suite and it was totally worth it. Amazing views, friendly staff and the location was perfect for visiting and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
