Dear Tony, At Quest Mawson Lakes, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences, so please accept my sincere apologies that your stay was less than perfect.I am sorry that your wife had a slip in the bathroom during your trip to Adelaide, I understand that this spoiled the last few nights of your stay. Some of our rooms do contain a bath/shower combo, which is not uncommon in Australia, but can be hard to navigate for some guests. I have made notes on your profile to ensure you are given a walk-in shower for any future bookings, and we do have shower mats available upon request. I understand your preference for privacy and why you declined our offers of first aid and arranging transportation to a medical centre. We did alsooffer a complimentary upgrade to a larger room type with walk-in shower the first thing the following day after checking that you and your wife were both okay, which you also declined.
