The apartment was nice and spacious. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect: lot of public transport connections, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking distance to everywhere in CDB and the river side. One thing I could understand was the schedule of housekeeping. Before 8 am is totally too early for housekeeping. The AC kept unusual noice which was annoying.

Room not as described. I had a rather rude encounter with the receptionist when I tried to address this issue. The ‘balcony’ was a narrow metal platform – absolutely filthy, and a totally unusable space. Windows were filthy. No fly screen doors so we were unable to have the doors or windows open for fresh air. In any event, we were positioned near some skip bins, which provided plenty of stench and flies when we had the doors open for a few minutes. Toilet in the ensuite was grotty, and a foul smell emanated from the drain. I expected more from Quest, considering the money we paid for the executive two bedroom apartment. Good proximity to the City and tram lines.

Daily towel change & amenities topped up although did run out of small cartons of milk on Sunday with no delivery until start of week. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in lounge for 2 of us however only 1 mirror in entire apartment located in the bathroom. Glad there weren't 4 or 6 sharing as the mirror steamed up in the shower. Best shower I have come across in a hotel and great location to access Melbourne.

Clean room, staff was attentive and helpful with hot water issue. 2 bed/2bath suite was a nice large size for 3 adults. The location was in a central location and within walking distance to many restaurants.

Good size living space and furnishings. Close walk to mall/city centre. Handy corner for different tram routes. Staff were extremely helpful and genuinely nice.

5 night stay, central location and easy access to trams. Staff helpful and property clean, cleaners were efficient and friendly. However the street noise level was terrible, the curtains didn’t block out lighting from the main road. We asked to move on the first night but this was declined as we booked a one bedroom studio. And all were on that side of the building. The couch was so low to the ground was unusable. The photos online did not accurately reflect the rooms, which are tired and dated.

Seen online parking was $20 p/n but when we got there told it was $50 p/n. However we managed to get parking for less than $20 for the weekend less than 100 metres away.
