There was a very strong bad smell in the room that we could not get rid of. Even keeping the sliding door open.
Staff were friendly. Room service cleaned the room, took away old towel but did not replace towels. Needed to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes for replacement towels.

Easy checking in system friendly staff rooms are spacious and well kept neat and tidy and we have just got a favorite place to come to the City??

Excellent choice downtown Suva. Rooms are spotless and large. Gym and washing machines are very convenient. But the wifi is painfully slow at times - so slow that it becomes impossible to even read emails.
