Booked online for two adults and one child? Room had one queen bed in it ,child had to sleep on a two seater couch

Staff were great, friendly, welcoming, helpful. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and all amenities needed present. The location is very convenient for a city visit. The room was slightly shabby, worn paintwork around the kitchen and the bathroom door latch was missing, but otherwise everything was set up for a comfortable stay.

Staff are helpful and friendly and it's a fantastic location right in the centre near the main street, Lambton Quay. Don't miss the underground dining and shopping mall in the building next door - entrance is next to Starbucks. Best place to eat here! The Quest apartments are lovely although a bit dated - personally I liked the homely old feel. Comfortable beds, quiet and secure. Don't miss the Wellington cable car - only a few minutes from the Quest.

We really enjoyed our stay. We did however book for 2 adults and 1 child but there was no bed made up for our son.

预订之前并不知道周杰伦曾经在酒店楼下拍过照，只是看评论説位置很好，环境很好，服务很好。这家店有着酒店的气派又有家庭旅馆的一切便利设施，可做饭洗衣乾衣熨衣。我出发匆忙完了带手机充电器，服务人员借给我直到我离店，以后去威灵顿就锁定这家酒店了，超值

Fantastic trip, lovely room

我个人非常喜欢这样的老式公寓，尽管家俱有些老旧，其他都还不错。工作人员也非常友善。只是携程在关于办理入住的时间方面有些不准，周六前台工作时间没有到19点，与酒店提前沟通后，顺利入住。
