A The Wine House Hotel, na Quinta da Pacheca, tem um cenário deslumbrante, com vinhedos encantadores e uma atmosfera única para os amantes do vinho. ???? O restaurante é excelente e a experiência enogastron?mica realmente vale a visita.
Por outro lado, o quarto ficou aquém do valor cobrado. Apesar do charme da propriedade, a rela??o custo-benefício n?o correspondeu às expectativas, já que a hospedagem n?o acompanhou o nível de excelência que o local promete em outros aspectos.
No geral, é um lugar especial para vivenciar o universo do vinho, mas com pontos a melhorar na hospedagem. ???

L’accord met et vin pour le souper était aussi une belle et bonne expérience.
Beaucoup d’inclusions dans le séjour, dont une visite et une dégustation de vins et portos.

Beautiful property with a great wine tour. Breakfast was delicious as well and it had a nice bar. There are wild peacocks and pea hens running around and the spa has some unusual treatments. Loved this stay!

My friends and I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The service was outstanding—especially from the bar staff, including Fabio and his team. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!

O hotel é lindo, em uma regi?o maravilhosa, muito moderno, quarto confortável. O restaurante é bem saboroso. O hotel em espa?o físico é maravilhoso. Os funcionários s?o educados, mas n?o s?o atenciosos. Quando você fica em um hotel boutique você espera alem da educa??o,o zelo e aten??o. é um atendimento mais personalizado. Os amenities do quarto n?o s?o repostos de um dia para o outro. N?o tem abertura de cama. S?o pequenos gestos que ao final da estadia fazem muita diferen?a. Acordamos cedo com barulho da obra que está sendo feita. Poderiam come?ar após as 10 da manh?. O horário do café da manh? é também ruim. Das 8 às 10. Gostamos muito do hotel, mas achamos que por ser um hotel boutique falta calor humano. Tivemos um manobrista que foi excelente. Sr Jo?o, os demais foram educados, mas n?o calorosos.

A very beautiful winery hotel with a quiet environment and peacocks walking around the vineyard. My favorite is breakfast. The food is diverse, fresh and delicious, and the restaurant has an endless view. The hotel's location is 1.5 hours' drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel service is very good and there are many activities to choose from. I will come back next time.
