Very nice design, good parking place. Elevators working in the building. Our room was quiet and clean. Staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Heating was good with AC. There is no place in the room for luggage or to put any belongings as there is no desk.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt.
Erst hatte ich bedenken aufgrund des geringen Preises, doch ich wurde positiv überrascht. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Relatively new and modern accommodation, linked to the Onyx Garden restaurant which is where breakfast, and dinner for half pension guests, is served. Residence blocks are separated a short distance from the reception/ restaurant building. Rooms are a bit sparsely furnished with no chairs or table in addition to the bed and we would have liked somewhere to hang coats (it was late Autumn). That said the restaurant served an excellent breakfast and a buffet style dinner, staffed by young friendly waiters, and the location is very good, less than 10 minutes walk to the thermal spa or castle, and about 15 minutes to the town centre. Lots of free parking as well.

Ill-match between room and advertising
Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it.
Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold.
