Excellent Radisson hotel. Very high stand Everyone warm and friendly, happy to help. experience was not too good. took room for two days. room was given of common door with other room so too much noises so got it changed. sanitary ware were not good in washroom. checked out after one but not refunded for my second day booking

Great place for summer and is very pretty, but do not stay during snowy conditions. The infrastructure in the hotel and overall city are not suited for cold snowy conditions. For example, transport comes to a standstill when it snows, rooms feel cold as the windows glass quality is not up to international standards, property expects guests to walk in cold freezing, snow and slippery ice to have food in restaurant that is at a different level, the corridors do not have adequate heating and so are freezing.

Nice stay! I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel, Shimla. The staff were exceptionally polite and always eager to help. The rooms were clean, and the food was good. However, the bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Good overall stay, rooms could have been better with large beds, bathrooms could have been bigger as well, swimming pool could have been temperature controlled so that we can take a dip even in the chill climate.

Just had a great 2 night stay at Radisson Jas Shimla. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Vikrant Dhatwalia in the Restaurant. We had a mishap with our dinner order Saturday eve 25th October and Vikrant resolved the issue quickly and effectively whilst other members of the waiting staff seemed incapable of doing. The Radisson offered us the most comfort, delicious food and great customer service. Hotel has plenty of character, stunning views, and the best hospitality so far on our trip. Whilst we were unfortunately not blessed by the best weather to enjoy the best of Shimla, we were able to enjoy the comfort of the hotel.
