We have booked our stay via Trip.com, including half board. Unfortunately, neither the Trip.com website nor our booking confirmation mentioned that the property is a pure vegan hotel.
Had we known this information in advance, we would have reconsidered our booking, as this was not clearly stated.

It was nice.. bathroom had issue the second day, they fixed it immediately though. It wasted some time for us.

Vegetarian hotel, some deluxe / junior suites do not have any windows only a door to patio where all mosquitoes can enter. Air con in bedroom extremely noisy.

Vegan breakfast, if you like it, it would be OK , otherwise choose another hotel.

Bad service - although a nice hotel
Disappointed in the stay here . Although a lovely hotel the service level was just not up to standard .
We arrived and were really wanted to get out and explore the city as we had a limited time but wanted to get freshened up before doing so .

Unfortunately the hotel staff misplaced our luggage and kept us waiting for over an hour and a half m, which eat into our holiday time .
To add to the issue they sent up 2 porters on separate occasions to collect our luggage from the room??? I mean we had only just checked in I have never know annythibg so unorganised and with so much confusion , but eventually the luggage was bought to our room after having to go down and identify our luggage.
There was also other issues we encountered which also didn’t give us a great impression .
I advised front desk of all the issues and asked that the general manager call me to discuss but never bothered to do so.

酒店坐落在机场西侧，离老城和新城都有一些距离，不过叫车还是很方便的。
刚开业5年，设施很新。住的小套房，含早不到700，非常实惠。衞生状况很好，床很舒服。照明不错，网速在印度酒店里算快的了。隔音可以接受。空调给力，而且客厅和卧室分开控制。房间直接放6瓶饮用水，不用再向前台要。
有待提高的是：小套房没有配浴缸。早餐纯素，连鸡蛋都没有，虽然餐品不错选择也不少，还是感觉吃得不舒服。
服务态度很好。另外大堂吧很实惠，蛋糕挺大一块只要120卢比，比外头蛋糕店还便宜。
