Hotel staff was good and well cooperative.food quality is good and rooms are well furnished....pawandeep is very cooperative staff of this hotel.she is well knowledgeable and helpful.

The travel desk was the only really amazing thing that matched the level that Radisson has to offer. The driver was very interactive and helped us most in our travel plans, and Miss Pinky at the travel desk was the real sweetheart! The main hotel however, was very disappointing and for multiple reasons. The housekeeper's cleaning was always incomplete and incompetent, the food at room service was average and the quantity is definitely too less. My worst experience was with the breakfast buffet, the staff is not equipped to handle rush hours of breakfast and they don't restock warm food on time. Instead, towards the end they literally put frozen doughnuts and croissants out for the guests to eat. The staff is seriously under trained, the bedsheets had weird stains on them and even the towels had weird red brown stains on them. Honestly, I don't know how Radisson does not care about their image at this particular hotel. It's like they've neglected it and spent all their money at the resort. It was really disheartening and I definitely don't wish to visit them again.

We enjoyed our trip at Radisson Udaipur, great location and will recommend this place to friend's and family. We had couple of issues: 1. On numerous occasions the hotel didn't answer their phone, or will answer and hung up with saying anything. 2. Our stay was prepaid but the hotel claimed it wasn't and was asked to pay again. Ongoing dispute to claim this back.

"I didn’t have a great experience with the concierge, especially when it came to arranging cabs. They seemed more focused on making extra money, particularly from foreigners like us, which left a bad impression. The staff, in general, seemed a bit grumpy, with very few smiles. Additionally, the lift was small and felt cramped. The hotel entrance lacked both security and warmth, which was disappointing. When you think of a brand like Radisson, you expect a certain level of quality and customer service. Unfortunately, the rooms felt outdated and in need of renovations. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the standard I had anticipated."

We had a very good experience during our stay at Radisson Udaipur, especially with Mona and Sona at the in-house restaurant Seasons Café. We stayed during July August 2024 and had a comfortable stay at the property. Recommend visiting during this period as it's not crowded much.
