I had a fantastic 3 nights stay at the Rahoff hotel in Bansko. The hospitality from Maria and Krasimir was truly exceptional, and I felt very welcomed throughout my entire stay. The service was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bansko. Thank you, Maria and Krasimir, for making my visit so memorable

A truly delightful hotel. Well situated for exploring beautiful Bansko old town. Krasimir, our host, was so friendly and helpful. He is also an excellent chef! We enjoyed a delicious and plentiful dinner in the evening and breakfast the following morning. Krasimir also drove us to visit the amazing Rila Monastery, waited for us and then dropped us at our next hotel. We wished now we could have stayed longer. Maybe another time!

We spent two nights in July 2025 . The stay was really excellent. Warm and friendly atmosphere in a cosy and charming place . The rooms are very confortable, and the food (homemade) was delicious . The tenants are very friendly . A place we highly recommend if you want to spend a couple of days in Bansko

We had a brilliant stay in the Rahoff with Krasimir (Kris) and Maria. Their hospitality was amazing, with a warm welcome on our first day, Kris insisting on driving us to our ski rental every morning, Maria's excellent (and great value) cooking and a special treat on our daughter's birthday. The hotel is convenient for the old town and the gondola/ski hire both just 10 minutes walk away. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, too, but didn't get to try out the sauna. We would love to go back and visit - whether to ski again or to find out more about the region's attractions in the summer. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

The off-season cost of this place was a bargain. We arrived early and it was open but there was nobody about, however once that was solved the couple in charge were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room looked out to the mountains, it was clean and had colourful rugs and all the basic equipment. The bed was all right but a little concave, although I slept very well. Breakfast was what we wanted, so overall this was a good stay. It is about 15 minutes pleasant walk to the centre of town where there are plenty of restaurants. When I asked about a taxi to take us to the station the next morning we were offered a ride by the proprietor. That is good service.

Eine himmlische Ruhe inmitten der Berge, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstück l?sst keinen Wunsch offen, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und sprechen auch deutsch, die Zimmer sind funktional, sauber und mit dem Balkon sehr ansprechend.

I stayed here with my 2 children (15 & 20) for half term skiing. Krasimir and Maria were wonderful hosts, very friendly and welcoming, Krasimir drove us to the ski hire shop and up to Chalin Valog every morning so we could beat the long queues for the gondola. Breakfasts were very tasty and filling and Maria's homemade cookies and banitsa were delicious. Krasimir gave us parting gifts of his home made wine and Bulgarian rose hand cream. Our rooms were spacious, warm, cosy and very clean. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and in a quiet area but only 10 mins walk from the gondola and the town. Thanks Krasimir and Maria

A lovely traditional Bulgarian hotel, clean, comfortable rooms and breakfast was delicious. The hosts krasimir and Maria were lovely and made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality. They arranged transport from the airport and ferried us daily the gondola - personal service. Highest commendation is that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it most highly

The host owners were excellent, always helpful and good attitude with our questions and requests for meals, sauna, jacuzzi etc. We enjoyed the nye party they hosted with other guests. Food was typical local meals, all delicious and waiting staff very good. We thoroughly enjoyed this rather than going in to the town. Breakfast was a good spread of eggs, cold cuts, hot items, salads, fruits, yoghurt. Location is excellent and quiet. 10min walk to the gondola and ski centre area. And 10min walk in the opposite direction for the old town. We were in a twin room. Room was comfortable but found the bathroom inconvenient as was a wet room with the shower over the toilet. Considering the shape and size of the bathroom they could have placed the toilet next to the basin (next to door) and then the shower at the end of the room. I did spot some of the other rooms had the same wet rooms and others had a proper separate shower. We really enjoyed our stay here, with excellent hosts and locations. If visiting here again we would ensure to request a room without a wet room.
