This is a basic budget hotel for just to stay one night or maximum 2 nights. Nature and environment is good. Near paddy field. Close to Main road also. Quiet area.
Staff are friendly and helpfull.
However, bedding mattress are very thin and not good for long stay. Not comfy mattress. There were no table and chair for work and TV as per mentioned at the time of booking. I strongly say do not take meals from the hotel. Very expensive and ripping off. Just a small cup of tea was Rs. 250.00. Normally Rs. 120.00. This is.more than double is very unfair. Also water bottles, and everything are high price. So better stay without meals.
Air condition and wi-fi is very good. Water pressure is good.

Останавливались на одну ночь в эконом номере. Понятно, что за такую цену не стоит ничего существенного ожидать, но матрасы были прям очень плохие, просто кусок тонкого поролона, который мгновенно продавливается до самых досок и по сути лежишь практически на досках. Но это все было ожидаемо за такую цену, так что в целом ок. Красивая территория с садиком и столиками с видом на рисовое поле.
Что испортило впечатление: завтрак! Заказали его дополнительно, так как в стоимость жилья он не выходил, и я точно не рекомендую брать его в этом месте. Это вообще не похоже на классический ланкийский завтрак, который подают в отелях этой же ценовой категории, ещё и стоит в два раза дороже аналогичных! Дорого и невкусно.

The place is great! It's clean. It has a bathroom inside the rooms. It has A/C. The beds are comfortable. The room is big. There is a balcony. They gave us breakfast for an affordable price with papaya juice. It is close to ancient ruins and famous places in Sri Lanka (Mihintale etc.)

Je ne recommande pas forcément ce logement. Certes, les chambres étaient convenables et le petit-déjeuner ok mais le propriétaire était plut?t nonchalant et désagréable. De plus, quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a dit qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation à notre nom alors que nous avions réservé des mois auparavant via booking. Le dernier jour nous avons commandé via le propriétaire de l’h?tel un van pour 5 personnes avec de grands bagages. Au final nous avons voyagé dans une voiture 4 places à 6 pour un prix exagéré, pas super.

Excellent Place to stay when you visit Anuradhapura. Very Clean and Spacious Rooms with Great Hospitality. Calm and quite vicinity near City Center. Small thing to add is some good bed sheets for Nights, because the small ones are not enough to stay at cold nights on A/C.
