We loved our one night stay. Booked this at the last minute and would highly recommend this accomodation. So clean and tidy and had EVERYTHING you need from ironing board & hairdryer to showercaps and cotton buds!! The decor was amazing and the price was perfect - we will defintely be staying here again. Such friendly hosts too. Highly recommended. M&C x
We recently stayed at this guesthouse in Cheltenham. It is very central and within easy walking distance of the town centre. We had a very comfortable double room with a lovely en-suite, and the room also featured a TV, tea and coffee facilities, and good internet reception. Communication with the owner Ivan, was excellent, and I would certainly recommend this guesthouse. There is plenty of parking available right next door.
I loved the whole place, it was very beautiful decorated throughout, and clean and fresh. The check in was easy and flexible. The room (9) was perfect it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed in it. I loved al the little touches too - the extras on the tea tray - oat milk, decaff coffee and tea, other teas, and variety of snacks. It also had a little fridge and wine glasses AND corkscrew! The little decorations and pictures and local knowledge box was fab. Really happy with my stay and would like to visit again.
I rate this 5/5, would give more if I could Our room at the top was absolutely spotless! It felt brand new. There was everything we could have needed, coffee, tea etc. Anything that was needed for the shower room was also included. It seems nothing is too much trouble. We don’t see our hosts as it was self check in but we knew they could be contacted if needed (which we didn’t) Just a 2 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to local restaurants. Plenty of places to eat and drink to include all budgets - personally I recommend Mussel Row ! We will definitely be back to Regency rooms, we love a weekend in Littlehampton and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed!
Sehr saubere, gut gelegene Unterkunft mit bemerkenswerten Gastgebern. War im Rahmen einer St?dtepartnerschaft bei Regency. Die Gastgeber bekommt man nur zu Gesicht, wenn man es m?chte. Neben Kaffee, Tee mit sauberen Wasserkocher werden auch Sü?igkeiten kostenfrei angeboten. Hafermilch ist neben Milch vorhanden. Gl?ser, Tassen und ein Wein?ffner mit Flaschen?ffner sind auch vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind gro? und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man lebt nah am Mehr und dem Ortskern. Beides mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
Absolutely amazing! Such a lovely welcoming homely feeling when you walk through the door.Decor is amazing! Our room was so beautiful. I loved the little welcome note. The bed was so comfy with gorgeous pillows. I could not recommend it enough. Literally 2 mins walk from the beach. Pubs and high street. If you want home comfort this is definitely your place. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

Just stayed for 2 nights & has a lovely clean & modern room & on suite bathroom.
Assortment of teas & coffee, hot chocolate plenty of milk, crisps, alpen bars & mini cheddars with a caraf of water awaited my arrival. Also provided with a hairdryer, iron & ironing board so I wanted for nothing, fantastic room & very close to the beach & plenty of places to eat & drink.
Excellent....cleanest place we have ever stayed in... complimentary crisps chocolate etc a very nice touch.. very close to the beach and local restaurants key safe entry a great idea . thank you so much for a lovely stay we will definitely stay again x .
