Personale gentile, pulizia buona. Arredi e stanze che sarebbero da rinnovare. Posizione ottima per fare vacanze estive con grande spiaggia e piscine molto belle.

Très bon h?tel, on a passé un séjour agréable. Même si l?es chambres n’étaient pas très propre, il y a eu un problème de serviette aussi.
Néanmoins, très belle piscine et très belle surprise du coin, plage avec le restaurant.

This was the worst experience i have ever had in my life. Theres not enough time on the planet to list everything that went wrong from no towels in the room, to an empty condom wrapper next to the bed im sure hadnt been made from whomever left the comdom wrapper.
Called the "Excellent" restaurant for room service to find out they were completety out of meat???? (Im a meat eater, btw), but we were asked if we would like a cheeseburger. Cant go wrong with a cheeseburger, right??? Room service arrived with our hambugers, for us only to find out that we were getting "chicken cheesburgers"
....... list goes on, in addition to us changing rooms and all the problems that came with that.....
Needless to say, we changed hotels to a place up the street, "The Residense" amd i cannot say enough good things in ebery aspect! If I rerurn, this is definitely my place

If u look for luxury tis aint for u.hotel is a bit old. But if u want relax close to nature private beach less ppl gym swim still affordable. I would recommend tis hotel. I walk to four seasons every morning during my stay.long walk on quiet beach.be patience when u in Tunisia.check in is a bit slow.but she’s a nice lady did found me a good room. I had a lovely stay.

Last time I was there I have really enjoyed the 3 days at this hotel. I wanted my mom and sister to also experience the same thing and try escaping the daily routine and fun peace in a place like this.
They brought my cousin too! They all loved it ??
The check in process takes time though, I wish it was more efficient. But overall, a great place to be.

Concernant l'architecture et le design de l'hotel je le trouve magnifique... personnel sublime.
Propreté pour un hotel 5* pas du tout à la hauteur.
J'ai adoré le jardin et la piscine les chambres etc.
Seulement il manque de l'entretien, ils disent qu'il vont fermer pour un renouvellement majeur,dans ce cas la... c'est là ou je vais résider a chaque fois je serais a Tunis.
