This hotel hold so much promise. The accommodation, facilities and entertainment are exceptional. We booked an amber lagoon villa which is an incredible room which also gives you access to a golf buggy. The rooms are close to the water park which is fantastic fun for the kids. The games room and bowling alley are a real treat and make family evenings fun. However sadly the hotel lacks any charm. Staff are regularly rude and do not address any issues that arise. The food is hit and miss- typically miss- and the wine is barely drinkable. This felt like a real let down of a holiday and the staff couldn’t care less.

WOW WOW WOW!!! From the moment we arrived, we genuinely felt like royalty. We were greeted with champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and the most beautiful flower bouquets for my mum and me — such a special welcome. Check-in was seamless, and we were taken to our room by buggy, shown around, and instantly felt at home. I’ve stayed in some of the most luxurious hotels around the world — I’m a Titanium Marriott member, a Hyatt member, Palace Elite member, and a regular at Four Seasons. When I say Regnum feels more like a 7-star hotel, I truly mean it. This resort has everything you could possibly want (and more) for an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights was the 24/7 buggy service, all arranged effortlessly via WhatsApp. No matter where you were on the property, a buggy would arrive within minutes to take you wherever you needed to go. It made everything so easy and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. My two boys had the time of their lives. The resort offers endless entertainment for children of all ages: a huge on-site waterpark two arcades three gaming rooms fantastic kids clubs running activities until midnight two bowling alleys a private beach with watersports Eight days and seven nights wasn’t nearly enough — the resort is extraordinary. The restaurants were exceptional, offering a wide range of cuisines. The buffet was fabulous, and the staff throughout the resort were warm, attentive, and genuinely proud of the service they deliver. But the true magic of our holiday came from one person: ?mür Bade. We encountered a booking issue (not the hotel’s fault, but a sales team error), and ?mür stepped in with a level of professionalism, care, and kindness that we have never experienced anywhere else. From the very first moment we met her, her warmth and smile just blew us away. She handled everything with grace and urgency, ensuring we were moved to the breathtaking Amber Lagoon Suite — complete with a private swim-up pool and swim-up bar. From that moment on, ?mür made it her mission to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. She checked on us daily, personally arranged thoughtful surprises, anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and created memories for my family that we will cherish forever. Without her, our holiday simply would not have been as magical. By the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a family member, not a member of staff. Her dedication, warmth, and genuine care set a standard of hospitality that is truly world-class. I also want to thank Mrs. Aygun and Mr. Oguzhan from management for their support in resolving the booking issue. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction were outstanding. I recommend Regnum hotels without a moment’s hesitation. Every penny is worth it, and all the hype online is completely justified. A stunning hotel, we were impressed, very surprised by the unusual service, friendly staff and the overall atmosphere, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, every corner of the hotel is beautiful and you don't want to leave at all , we will be back ! Restaurants like China/Japan , Slavic food broken my heart , sooo tasty !!!

A wonderful hotel with stunning rooms, architecture, interior & exterior design and over the top service. Especially the restaurant teams were extremely professional, attentive and friendly. The front desk staff can improve a bit to meet 5star expectations.
