Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback!You have sleept in a family room, extra large with a private space outdoor, a room diffent from the the room you had booked at the first. Everything, without paying more but just because we love offering more comforts ( when it is possible) to our Guests. The Check-out is within 11:00 as you can read everywhere, there is also a memorandum on the desk in the room with all informations about it. All windows have mosquito net and you can regulate the temperature in the room, probably it would have been enough to ask, the reception is always open.Best regardsTiziana
