Dear BregtOur structure is not suitable for those with physical problems!!It's a B&B is in the historic center!It is not a hotel with lift, services and parking!I wasn't friendly because you were intolerant about everything!It was impossible to talk to you!!The air conditioner doesn't work with the window open! it's logic!!!Regards
Cara Sig.ra Simona Lei ha scelto la nostra struttura soprattutto per il prezzo , avendo soggiornato per due notti , periodo ferragosto! Eravamo la struttura con il prezzo più competitivo e soprattutto , le abbiamo permesso di pernottare solo due notti!! Essendo ubicati in una caratteristica via del centro storico, non è possibile stendere i panni, è un ordinanza comunale di decoro urbano!! La struttura è un palazzo storico del 700' con tutte camere con particolari autentici del periodo, forse non avendone compreso l autenticità , si limata a descriverla come una struttura per chi non ha pretese! Inoltre a causa della vostra disattenzione e non capacità, abbiamo dovuto chiamare tecnico tv , con relativo costo, per riprogrammare tutti i canali! Saluti Michela
