选这家酒店的原因，主要胜在地点非常方便，可以从新桥站走，也可以去东银座站，每天我都是在周边吃饭逛街，东西买多了就先回酒店，上厕所也不用在外面排队，完全把酒店当作一个定点的补给站。?酒店的定位是日式的商务酒店，设计简单讲究使用，但从美观性和设计感来説没有什么特别赏心悦目之处，例如房间内的杯子，从漱口杯到喝茶的杯子清一色是塑料杯，显得比较廉价，也没有安全标识耐热温度，喝热茶不是很放心??；酒店主打的特色是让你睡个好觉，所以房间里都有按摩椅，有一説一真的挺实用的，然后每天两瓶水免费，冰箱里有助眠巧克力等等，这些?小福利还不错；然后我很看重电视机的尺寸，酒店的电视是索尼的，应该有40寸以上，可以用HDMI线接上自己的设备，淋浴房的设施和花洒也挺给力的，洗浴用品好评（酒店楼下的贩卖机也有在售，可以买回家），个人觉得唯一美中不足的是，酒店既然愿意花成本提供顾客这一些开心的小福利，那么在备品方面应该再大方一点，虽然讲求环保是好事，不过只供了自取的牙刷牙膏，连女士必备的棉签化粧棉等非常基础的备品都没有，有点矫枉过正。还有就是即便选择了基础打扫的方案，也只会把所有替换的毛巾和补充的水挂在门口，在外面玩了一天很累了还要顾客自己替换毛巾浴巾等等，脏的毛巾浴巾也还需要累积在室内，不免让人觉得是打着环保的名义解决酒店打扫人力不足的问题而已。?总之就是一家价格适中，地点便利，基本能满足一切所需的酒店，房间尺寸算中等（但如果两人入住建议务必预订双床房），至于一些美中不足的地方就看个人取舍了，基于酒店的价格定位，我认为还可以接受。?

1: 窗户是密封的，空气质量奇差！每天回来房间都有一股味道！
2:房间説有21平，但是洗手间占了一半面积，浪费！ 但是淋浴房可以表扬一下！
3: 洗漱用品建议自己买，前台不问不给！ 没有相铁大气；
4: 刷卡直接到楼层！ 表扬一下！
5: 所处位置王炸！ 离公共交通勉强算方便！

位置好，下楼就是繁华的银座，酒店设施完善，工作人员服务态度也很好！

Stayed one night at remm plus Ginza and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. ??
Check-in and check-out were both frustrating. Although the hotel provides a self check-in kiosk, staff were present but not proactive in assisting or explaining important details - like the fact that basic amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc.) must be collected from the lobby. As a solo traveler, I was asked if I had another passport… which made no sense. ??
They issued me one room key, yet during checkout, I was asked to return two keys, causing unnecessary delays. This kind of miscommunication should be easily avoided if their system is properly updated.
As for the room, I’d rate it 3 out of 5 for cleanliness - it wasn’t dirty, but definitely didn’t meet the standard I expected. The only highlight was the massage chair in the room, which was a relief after a long day of walking.
With so many great hotels around the Ginza area, I wouldn’t recommend this one. I stayed at different hotels on other nights, and all were much more pleasant in terms of service and cleanliness.

位置很方便，逛银座也很方便，对面就是堂吉柯德，楼下就是便利店，值得推荐的酒店。房间朝向也比较奇特，逛银座首选，比旁边的唐草有性价比！
