We recently stayed at the Rendezvous, which was a wonderful experience, the staff we encountered were very nice, and the room was pleasant! We felt extremely grateful for the offer to leave our bags at the hotel during the day post-check-out. This was a lifesaver and immensely appreciated.?
Our only note was the lack of a few amenities, as we stayed as a couple (ie. toothbrushes, number of glasses in the room, etc.) however, none of these caused us any issue.?
Thank you again; and we look forward to staying again! (Perhaps during a quieter, cheaper period)

Very small room. No room either side of bed.?
Both lamps beside bed didn’t work.
I let them know it was special occasion & didn’t get anything or any acknowledgment.

非常漂亮的酒店，工作人员服务也很好。
提前到了酒店，工作人员确认房间还没打扫好，就先办理了入住手续和行李寄存。大概下午1点半左右酒店打电话通知房间好了，可以到前台直接领钥匙。行李已经送到了房间。
酒店G层有很多沙发区，适合休息、会客、朋友小聚，还有澳网比赛可看。
吧枱上午不开放，如有咖啡茶水的需要，可以去负一层的餐厅。??
负责房间打扫的小姐姐态度也很好??
酒店位置也很优越，在CBD。值得推荐！

Nothing exceptional about the room and service. More than decent and above average. But the location is good as it’s near the tram stations, and it’s very near the yarra river too.

クラシックなホテルでしたが、お部屋は清洁で备品も整っていました。スタッフも质问に丁宁に答えてくれて安心して３泊することができました。
立地は最高で、市内散策やツアーへの参加に移动しやすく便利でした。

1913年开始营业的老牌酒店，当年的设计是对标伦敦的奢华设计，酒店的大厅真是漂亮惨了
前台微笑友好，办理速度还可以

房间进来后不大，但是慢慢探索房间设施，拖鞋、牙刷都有提供，其他设施都藏在意想不到有设计合理的柜子里，打开后都挺漂亮的
床铺很舒适，被子也不会太轻薄
窗外是庭中墙，所以谈不上风景，哪怕住在8/9楼也没有任何意义，不过正因为如此，酒店很安静
洗澡围了一半，所以洗完会溅到坐便器附近都是水，洗起来要比较谨慎些，洗手枱小而深，应该是定制的，为了适应小房间，整个设计和布局还是比较合理的，在有限的范围内尽可能提供必要设施
早餐在预订时就购买了，早餐价格印象中不贵，但如果到了酒店再预订通常会贵一点点；早餐相当不丰盛，更别提现煎现做的档口了，充其量就是镇上三星级的早餐水平，连水煮蛋都看不到。不过却出人意外地提供白粥，可以自己添加肉松、紫菜片、小鱼乾等还挺东南亚风味的东西，过了一会儿看到新航的空姐下来用餐，啊，原来如此啊，市场需要
虽然东西不多，但仍然有提供无麸质麪包、香蕉蛋糕等，花姐説可颂麪包巨难吃，看出来应该是冷冻食品加热，服务员阿姨们也满脸写着疲惫和不耐烦，毕竟这里6:30就开始供应早餐了，也可以理解她们的辛苦
虽然品种不多，但那天却吃了很多，单品还是挺好吃的
