Reset Elqui is a true “reset” in every sense of the word. Getting there was quite the adventure-navigating the narrow roads of the Elqui valley is not for the faint hearted! The location was tucked away at the bottom of the valley, just past Alcohuaz. Google maps will struggle-get directions in advance. Flavio is the owner-who could not have been more helpful. The property has 3 self-catering (so bring your food and drinks) accommodations: one bungalow and two cabins. All three surround a single fire pit which is lit in the evening just as the stars start to come out. As novice stargazers myself, my husband and our 21 year old son were simply blown away by the night sky. Without light pollution and surrounded only by nature you can really appreciate the wonder of the cosmos!! Congratulations Flavio.
