Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming to help with directions, suggestions, and transportation.
Facility and room was very clean. Nice size room.
Any extra requests came with a frown. Asked for 3 pillows because the pillows in the room were very thin. I was provided one pillow and felt he was inconvenienced. Stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Requested 3 new towels. Was told it would be $5 per towel from the gentleman at the door.
Overall I would stay again because the place was very clean with a nice living space. The female staff were excellent at the front desk.
Nice quiet hotel about 40mins walk to city center. Or take a taxi which is about €12. The staff at reception is very friendly. A great hotel stay, ideal for small families .
Il residence è ubicato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Verona ( in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge castel vecchio). è ubicato in una zona residenziale tranquilla , supermercati e fermata del bus a pochi metri di distanza. Struttura molto confortevole , ambienti luminosi accoglienti e puliti , un grande balcone completa il tutto. Garage coperto e posti auto anche all' esterno ( comunque dentro la struttura ). Personale gentile e professionale!
Great and very nice hotel, very big and comfort room, looks like new, kitchen very well equiped, bus stop is in front of the hotel and drives direct to the old city town (2€ per person), very helpful and kind staff (they all speak english very well).
Cordiale lo staff, gli ambienti sono puliti , sia all esterno che all’interno degli appartamenti. Nuovi e rispecchiano la descrizione su Booking. . Ottimo per famiglie, silenzioso . Posto auto coperto e scoperto. Con la macchina si raggiunge facilmente il centro.
Well appointed apartments with willing and helpful staff somewhat hampered by typical Italian bureaucracy and aversion regarding the use of air conditioning. Associated commercial gym on site is well equipped but very busy.
Residence circondato dal verde, raggiungibile il centro città con una piacevole passeggiata lungo l’Adige. Ho soggiornato in un monolocale spazioso, pulito e confortevole. Un elogio al personale della reception molto gentile. Consigliatissimo
All’Adige est le très bon choix à Vérone. Accès très facile, immense parking avec possibilité de se garer devant l’entrée pour décharger les bagages. L’accueil est très agréable, en quelques mots et dans la langue de votre choix, avec le sourire et les infos essentielles sur la résidence et sur la ville. Vérone est un must, une superbe découverte. Les appartements sont modernes, propres, fonctionnels, bien pensés, impeccables. Espaces verts autour de la résidence, coins détente sur les pelouses et même des agrès de sports pour une séance fitness. Bar, petit dej’, il ne manque rien, et en toute simplicité. La résidence est ouverte en permanence, avec un accueil 24/24. All’Adige est située à 10mn en voiture du centre historique de Vérone, lui aussi très facile d’accès, et sans s’inquiéter de la ZTL, clairement délimitée dans le centre historique. On se gare sans souci même en plein mois d’ao?t. 1€ l’heure de parking, à quelques pas des splendides arènes de la ville. Il ne reste qu’à profiter, la dolce vita à l’italienne, mais pour de vrai, malgré l’affluence et l’activité permanente, on y est vraiment bien. Ne passez pas à c?té d’une soirée opéra dans les arènes de la ville, spectacle incontournable, même pour les non-initiés, c’est la sortie incontournable à Vérone.
This was a nice room and did the job for us. It was clean and comfortable and not too far from the centre. The only thing that was a negative for me was being told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to have the room cleaned. We had been doing some travelling around Europe when we stayed at this hotel and had been to a number of countries and hotels before we got to this one and no other hotel (nor any hotels we have ever stayed in) informed us that we would have to pay to have the room cleaned! This wasn't a really cheap hotel and I feel that is a real negative. Due to this I would not stay there again.
Appartamento intero per 2 persone. Colazione abbondante con prodotti di ogni tipo. Unica cosa negativa il bagno, stile vecchio, che contrastava con il resto dell'appartamento, dotato anche di smart tv, piano a induzione e microonde ma al piano c'erano i lavori di ristrutturazione. Con ascensore si poteva scendere al pianno sotterraneo dove c'era il locale lavanderia con lavatrici e asciugatrici, molto comode x avere tutto pulito in qualche ore, soprattutto x chi é lontano da casa per un pó di tempo. Io ci sono stata con mia sorella piú volte nel 2018.
