We stayed only one night as we arrived around 9:30 pm. We were expecting a proper serviced apartment, as we have stayed in similar properties before, but unfortunately this did not meet our expectations.
Although the apartment had an oven and kitchen, basic cooking utensils were not included. We understand that Switzerland is expensive, and this is not our first stay in the country
I would like to mention one positive aspect ,as we arrived late, the staff member who helped us locate the key and complete the online check-in was extremely helpful and supportive

入住的时候是有服务员协助，退房的时候是自助的。就是有点特别要注意，厨房餐具需要20欧元每天的租金费用！烧水壶还需要去前台要！
不小心摔碎了一个红酒杯，服务员是説没事，但是不知道后续是否需要赔付！
位置还行，没有什么服务，设施偏老旧了点！有阳台，但是冬天的时候用不到，入住的那晚下雨了，有雨水，是个鸡肋。

Room was clean, communication clear, but some drunk person on road was noisy and police and ambulance arrived to control him ,very noisy till late night.
Also noise heard from other rooms till early morning.
Bus stop nearby, but tram little further away.

WC-M?bel durch Wasser aufgequollen
Bett ist zwar ziemlich bequem, aber das Bettgestell ist instabil und fast auseinandergefallen
TV-Senderliste komplett durcheinander, die meisten Sender sind verschlüsselt.
Eine sortierte und aktuelle Liste mit unverschlüsselten Sendern, idealerweise nach Sprache geordnet, w?re sehr wünschenswert.

Pretty basic but way too expensive. On ******* said came with dishes but cupboard was licked ans stated 20 francs or something. One of tbe lamps in the room was not working, bathroom is pretty small. Barely basic amenities. Wouldn’t really stay here again

Comfortable beds. Add on services were overpriced. Not enough towels for the amount of guest per room

Pour un appartement h?tel,pas de couverts ni de verre et pas de machine a café comme indiquer sur les photos. Rideaux troués ,meuble ab?mé . Stationnement difficile hors du parking payant
