Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence a cavallo tra Luglio e Agosto, siamo stati molto bene. Persone carine e disponibili, sempre presenti. Appartamento pulito, pratico e funzionale. Spazi ben organizzati, vivibilissimi in 4 persone anche quando il meteo fa i capricci. Uniche cose che “mi sono mancate” sono state il forno e una padella antiaderente. Probabilmente se chiedevo alla signora si poteva rimediare ma non mi andava di disturbare e mi sono organizzata in modo diverso. Ottima la posizione da cui si arriva facilmente all’ alimentari (anche se consiglio di fare la spesa più grossa a Corvara), alle pizzerie/ristoranti e agli impianti. Viene fornita la tesserina anche per l’utilizzo gratuito dei bus nella settimana di permanenza. Meraviglioso il servizio pane che viene offerto, la mattina alle 7 viene attaccato alla porta quello che si ordina il giorno prima, cosi’ si possono preparare i panini senza doversi muovere al mattino. Consiglio di soggiornare qui, luogo silenzioso e non trafficato.
Everything was perfect! we recommend this house for all, they are very kind. The apartment was very clean we think it's the best we saw in Alta Badia! Certainly, we come back again. We understand that foreign people cannot come into the house, they are very attent, so that everyone can enjoy the holiday.
Rooms are comfortable and a kitchen with four burner stove top. Drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine with three pods. Dishwasher with three cleaning tablets and cleaning supplies. If you plan to cook be sure to bring everything you need including salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and coffee machine filters. The landlady was always around (read between the lines.) She seemed to be able to anticipate any possible problem you could be causing and wanted to give you a warning about this problem you could possibly cause. Bedtime is 21:00 people so be sure you have your teeth brushed in time or the water might be too loud.
Our daughter and her family stayed here for a ski holiday for a week at the start of February. They were happy with the apartment, although the residence is on the edge of Colfosco town so, if you miss the ski bus (which only runs early morning and late afternoon), it's a good 15-20 mins walk to and from the ski school, especially for their 7 year old. Hire a locker at the ski school so that walk is not in ski boots ?? The major downside for all of us was that the residence has a strict NO VISITORS policy - a policy that I just spent 20 mins unsuccessfully trying to find evidence of on ***********, other similar sites and even their own website residencebondi.com!! Now, we (Mum and Dad) are staying elsewhere in Colfosco for the ski season and, as well as enjoying the ski days, we were looking forward to spending early evenings with our daughter and family, in the apartment, cooking meals, having drinks etc. But we were told, quite adamantly, that we, as unregistered people, could not be in the apartment for more than 5 minutes!! The lady's English was as poor as my Italian so I thought this might be a misunderstanding but my daughter spoke to the owner's daughter on the phone, who has good English, and she confirmed this was indeed their policy ?? In fact, she said it was ILLEGAL in Italy for anyone not registered to enter the apartment. I've subsequently enquired at the Tourist Information about this and they know nothing of this 'law'. So, is you are considering hiring an apartment at residence Bondi, and you plan to have friends round for a drink or meal for a couple of hours, DON'T! My daughter and her family still had a good time overall, but for us, it was very disappointing.
A great apartment, surrounded by mountains, the owner of the property gives a welcoming friendly always smiling truly lovely lady. This is a great apartment short walk to restaurants and a shop for food, Skiing in the winter wow what more do you want it is the Dolomites. Our Happy Place
The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The lady is always smiling. She speak a little bit english and always trying to help you. They also speak German. The apartment is clean and the space is big enough for our girls to play. The distance to the center of the village is not far. The local bus stop infront of the apartment and restaurant is within walking distance. You can also order fresh bread with the owner and they will hang the bread bag infront of your apt door. We are happy staying at this apartment and thinking to be back again next year! The apartment is surounding with stunning view of the mountain!
loved the location, up a slight hill with great views. parking on prop. quiet and away from traffic noise, but walk to shopping and restaurants...
great large aptmt. MBR had a balcony, very nice bath w. bidet, living room w. pull out couch/ queen w. another terrace
dining table and small but good ktichen.. want to go back adns tay at least 5 days, great central lcoation for many hikes and lakes.
