Residence nel centro di San Cassiano , a 2 passi da negozi e supermercato. Appartamento molto pulito , dotato di ogni confort e con pulizie giornaliere.garage coperto a pochi metri, e compreso , non extra, staff super disponibile e sempre presente. Nota super positiva, i cani sono bene accetti, cosa non scontata in Trentino . Torneremo !!

Struttura che necessita di ristrutturazione, rinnovamento della biancheria per le camere. Il menù lascia a desiderare per varietà, descrizione degli ingredienti e realizzazione. Il personale non è adeguatamente preparato. Il costo è aumentato ma i servizi peggiorati.

Siamo stati una settimana in questo hotel; di positivo c'è la posizione, la pulizia, la camera grande e ben attrezzata, il buffet della prima colazione, quello serale delle verdure, quello dei dolci del venerdì. Di negativo c'è la poca empatia del proprietario, il servizio a tavola, la non buona attenzione alle intolleranze, la gestione degli extra (non ci è stata presentata nessuna distinta delle spese extra). Nel complesso livello nella media. A San Cassiano c'è sicuramente di meglio.

Our group of 4 adults, had a 3 day ski holiday here in February and had a great time. Hotel is 50m from the pretty centre of San Cassiano, and close to the Gondola (enjoyable 5 mins walk).Rooms are cosy and traditional, food was varied, plentiful and delicious and there is a small hotel bar that is warm and inviting, ideal for a pre-dinner drink and a chat about the days skiing mishaps. The slopes above San Cassiano are mainly blue with a few reds in the mix, all suited for cruising around surely one of the most panoramic and beautiful areas of the world. We hired skies from Peppis just below the Gondola station and thought quality and service were excellent. For us the Hotel Lauren was ideal, it was exactly what we hoped for in that it was a traditional mountain village hotel with character and comfort. It is not your modern, all amenities mountain resort complex of which San Cassiano has a few, but a delightful friendly hotel with enjoyable food and wine. We certainly intend to come back.
